Garrett Has Lost Me

I'm the biggest JG critic, but the guy called a decent game. He had some spots in the third quarter where it was just epic fail, for example the drive when he went to Miles 2 times in a row on the deep routes, and his desire to keep passing in the fourth, but overall he's doing better than last year.

I still feel his red-zone offense is average and we got bailed a couple of times because of some PI calls, but I'm not hating. I still expect epic fail from him based upon his track record, but I can't complain the last two games.

Have you heard about any injuries being reaggrivated?

Have you heard about the perfectly healthy back we have on the roster who doesn't have to worry about reaggravating any?

To be honest about it,I think that Garrett made the right call keeping most of the starters in the game.Even though the offense put up 31 points today they weren't all that sharp.I know the numbers might say otherwise but this team was somewhat flat in todays game.

He could get injured too.

Give me a rational reason not to play your extremely good 3rd round RB instead of your banged up #1 and 2 at the end of a blowout game. Or for calling a long pass deep in your own zone in said game.

So far no one has. They've attacked me like I'm not pointing out the blatantly friggin obvious.

Settle down. You don't deserve what you're getting for what you're saying. If anything it might be the timing. Everyone wants to feel good for a day. Even the doomsayers. The more you bellow the more they'll poke. You have good points but they're mox nix today.

I say we ship Garrett to DC in exchange for Sherm Lewis. I mean hell it's obvious Garrett is a terrible play caller and an even worse personnel guy.

He's healthy! He won't get injured!

:laugh2:

Who said he wouldn't? But who would rather expose to injury, the #1 and 2 guys who already have some dings or the #3 guy?

I say we keep him and hope he improves before we decide to make him the HC.

Considering TC has been the only one of the 3 who has been active for every game, an injury to him might be devastating.

But either way, I don't care. I don't want our staff trying to coach so our guys don't get hurt.

In a game where the Cowboys are losing 44 - 2, yeah, take the starters out. No need to get them injured.

In a game where you are winning 44 - 3, give the second stringers some time with the starters...it only make sense. It's called experience.

But, if you are worried about a starter getting injuried, well, that happens at any time, win or lose.

OK!

DID ANYONE GET INJURED?

No, they did not.

Watch out tomorrow when you drive to work or to the store.

Anyone ever notice how annoyed Garrett looks when Romo talks to him during the game?

Don't look now but Adrian Peterson is carrying the ball with 1 minute left in the 4th with a 12 point lead.

dude is a clown, romo had like 24 attempts in the first half, dont we have 3 good runningbacks..

dont even get me started on the romo fumble play.
It's rediculous that the Cowboys let this guy guide the offense at all. Especially a top three offense that routinely puts up 30+ points on the board. What a joke.
