SA have not "owned" Dallas Not at all in the playoffs

3-2 in the last decade is not ownage.

4 Championships to 1 is ownage.

the 2nd best overall winning % in NBA history is ownage.

the most wins since Duncan entered the league is ownage.

BTW, tell Cuban thank you for paying all those millions to Finley so he could win a Championship with the Spurs in 2007.

You can't really use the injury excuse because Gay was out as well. At least Manu and Tim were still playing albeit hurt. Injuries are a part of the game. Bottom line is the Spurs didn't matchup well with Memphis and it clearly showed. The playoffs are all about matchups. If Memphis is the 7th seed instead of the 8th seed they probably get taken out by us because they wouldn't have had a size advantage like they did over SA.

If SA avoided Memphis they probably would've won the West considering they historically have owned Dallas in the playoffs and they also as I mentioned matched up well with OKC.

if Gay had played in that series, the spurs would have won. the grizzle were so hard for us to beat because they just fed gasol and randolph the whole time. If gay had played, they actually become a lot easier to guard for us (maybe other teams, not so much)

you apparently have reading comprehension issues.

Have you actually read my entire sig?

THANK GOD IT IS FOOTBALL SEASON

then I listed my 3 favorite football teams....HS, College, NFL

trust me, I am no Houston Rockets fan, though I have more respect for their superstar Champion (Hakeem) than I ever will for Dirk.

Apparently you have never heard of the Converse Judson Rockets....and if not, climb out from underneath the rock you have been living under all your life. If you are truly from the state of Texas and live here, then you should know of them, as they are one of the best HS football programs in the history of the state of Texas.

don't play coy with juck....you know darn well it is the Converse Judson Rockets....the greatest team in the history of Region 4......and one of the top 3-4 teams in the history of Texas HS Football.

The Spurs just keep on truckin along. Glad to see Manu back.

Now two more days off before Detroit. The Spurs have a great chance to be above .500 on the road before the Western leg of the rodeo road trip.....

Hopefully Ford will be back after the All-Star break.

I still want one more big, just for depth, but the only player I would be willing to offer is Anderson....and unless we add draft picks, that isn't nearly enough to get us a quality big.

yes health is a huge concern.....but if healthy, I honestly see no reason why we can't compete for a Championship. It will be tough, but to be honest, the playoff schedule will be like cake and ice cream compared to the brutal regular season schedule this year. I am not talking about the opponents we face, just the game schedules. No back to backs or even back to back to backs. No 3 games in 4 nights or 4 games in 5 nights.

holly crap! nine wins in a row, undefeated on the rodeo road trip and already guaranteed a winning record in said road trip! plus, manu is back! this has gone a lot better than i ever dreamed of! like always, hopefully we can stay healthy and continue to improve the team chemistry! and how bout that TP! that boy is playing TRES BIEN!!

we have the tough part of the rodeo road trip coming up now....

Sat, Feb 18 @Los Angeles
Mon, Feb 20 @Utah
Tue, Feb 21 @Portland
Thu, Feb 23 @Denver

besides the Jazz game, we could very easily lose all those games! im hoping we go at least 2-2, but 3-1 would be amazing!

here is to a healthy big 3!

The Saturday game really worries me. I do not like day games for the Spurs...over the last few years, we have not faired well.

Plus, the Clippers will be looking to get back for the loss earlier in the year, as well as to surpass us in the Conference Standings....

Actually McKaos.....I believe Denver is easier than Utah. For some reason, we can't seem to win in Utah, even when we were the superior team. Denver will be difficult, but we seem to do better in Denver than in Utah. I am thinking we should just pencil in a loss for Portland. We have so much trouble in Portland......I am hopeful we can win, but we have to play better than we normally do up there. Duncan usually struggles with his shot, we have so many turnovers, and we don't rebound.

I want to believe we will go 4-0 on the Western leg, but I believe 3-1 at best.....hopefully 2-2 at worst.

They just can't get a break when it comes to injuries. Since their 07 title they've been the most injury ridden team in the league by far.
