If Dallas wins against NE next year, they will find all ways to not credit Dak. “He got lucky”. “The defense won this game.” “Zeke carried him to victory again.” “His wife receivers are just too good and helped him win”. Dak will never get credit and we’ll need to accept it, as sad as the matter is. Dak could be Tom Brady and they would still find a way to discredit him. It’s just the way Dallas fans work.

Imagine Zeke at any point during a Cowboys Superbowl run , getting 270 yards rushing. Then all of the usual suspects would be saying that the Cowboys Superbowl appearance, is all because of Zeke "carrying" Dak. And it wouldn't matter what Dak's stats were, he would still be discredited and they would still say he was carried,

But, with Goff receiving the benefit of the doubt, of being a first round pick and on the way to being "elite" in some fans eyes. He gets a lot of the credit for the Rams making a Superbowl appearance. They'll focus on the good throws Goff made and give him a pass for the throws he missed. Where as Dak's missed throws are harped on.

He also absorbed way too many sacks, which killed a bunch of drives for his floundering offense.

In his last 8 games including the playoffs:

6 TDs
8 INTs
7 fumbles
228 YPG
54% completions
72 QB rating
So when Dak had a similar performance last year in his last 8, yall made 1000 excuses for him

But lemme guess ....

I see only one team getting out of that division and that’s the Rams.

Yeah. Some creative coaches and decent defensive fronts across the board though, and I expect Niners + Cards to take some blue chip DL/edge at the top of this crazy DL draft, have some high picks in round 2-3, and prob get some decent talent in FA. They'll be building their teams to win in the Division, and the #1 enemy is the Rams.

NFL is a copycat league though and there's a playbook on Goff now. I just think it'll be a lot tougher sledding next year in the NFC West. Wouldn't be surprised to see them lose 1-2 games in the division instead of a clean sweep.

Goff was missing his RB1 for 6 games and his LT for a huge chunk of time? Not to mention Scott Linehan being one of the worst OCs in the NFL.

It actually is different, because including the playoffs means that Goff played three extra games against the toughest opponents in the league while everyone else's season stopped much earlier. Dak himself padded his "last 8 games" stats with 4 meaningless TDs in a game against the mentally checked out Giants, but let's pretend that was just as tough as a Super Bowl game.

As I said it's easy to point and laugh at a guy who made it two rounds farther than you and didn't play well against the greatest defensive coach ever, but let's see if Dak slobberers "keep that same energy" when Dak gets his pants pulled down on national TV next year in Foxboro.

I'm sure you and your Dak slobbering ilk will be crying about some imperfect chink in Dak's perfect cocoon of conditions... maybe how unfair it is that Dak had to actually play his first year instead of sitting on the bench like Brady?
You’re not very bright, are you?

Did it hurt your soul seeing Dak put up the NFL’s 6th-best QB rating over the 2nd half of the season?

Did you cry to your mommy when Dak played like a STUD while he had ZERO run game and ZERO defense vs the Rams in the playoffs?

We have our franchise QB. We also have some VERY stupid fans.

I mean none of that happened, but keep on living in your weird fantasy world and taking whatever substances it takes to get you there. If you're going to live in a world of fantasy, why not just say Dak won the Super Bowl. Let's go all the way!

LOL way to live in the past, Bozo.

Can I bring up Dak’s rookie year while we’re at it?

Or should we just stick to how Dak has played recently, which was VERY good since the Cooper trade midseason?

Durrrrr!!!!!

2nd half of season + playoffs
1 Wilson 112.4
2 Mahomes 109.5
3 Mayfield 106.2
4 Brees 105.5
5 Watson 101.7
6 Prescott 101.2
7 Ryan 101.1

23 Goff 86.6

But it “didn’t happen” because it goes against your agenda? Got it, Bozo.
:lmao2:
