Ive heard people say he could pass block.

Also Demarcus Ware was a workout warrior... How did that turn out?

The guy is a mixed bag, no way I'd use an early round pick on him...period.

and yet he's 222 lbs.

Shipley is like 190

Oh, I got it.........actually he weighed in at 219 and Shipley at 193

That must be the difference between 248 receptions for 3191 yards and 33 TD's compared to 159 receptions for 2221 yards and 7 TD's.

19 pounds and .05 seconds.

Maybe Benn should lose some weight then..........

Where are we going to find our Left Tackle then?

We have put it off for so long that we have put ourselves in a position to gamble.

Its to the point that we may have to put the weight on Martellus and start getting him ready.

nah sorry, there is nothing funny about it. If I started referring to players as that Black WR or Black RB I dont think it would last long before someone raised hell.

That's why scouts mention his "deceptive" speed. Not so with Shipley, right?

Show me an example of a scout saying that please. It should be easy, right?

I will be waiting...............

Plays fast and can get vertical

From NFLDS:

but is faster than he looks and can eat up the cushion.

After the catch: Deceptive speed to run away from defenders when he's hit in stride

That took me all of 15 seconds.

He looks like the prototypical workout warrior, everybody has said that the game film is terrible. I's be pissed if used a 1,2, or 3 on this guy.

He actually looks like a DE to me. He's evidently not got great OL skills. Seems like a waste to try and force all that athleticism and speed into a LT if the dude just isn't any good at it. Give him a shot at DE!

The 40 yard dash is a great indicator of how a good a WR will be until they actually put on equipment, run nothing but Go routes and don't have to deal with contact or tracking a ball under lights.

Interviews are the most important part of the combine by far - most draft boards are already set tape-wise, it's just a matter of fit at this point.

Uh you said SCOUT.......I know Scott Wright personally, he never has once passed himself off as a NFL scout.

Still Waiting...............

It took 15 seconds to make a fool of yourself. Record for you...........in length

Trying to fatten up Martellus to go LT might be less of a gamble then Campbell. Maybe if we show Martellus how much more he could make as a LT vs TE?

Yeah I do.

"know your enemies better then you know your allies"

With that said, your the one looking like boo boo the fool by referencing a "scout" and then not being able to back it up. Say what you mean Susan.

If you watch Campbell though you'll see a lot of his problems are with technique.

The guy has a tendency to use his chest instead of punching and extending his hands.

He doesn't keep his feet moving either when he locks on in run blocking. (dead feet)

I just think the guy can be coached up and in Dallas he is in a perfect position to succeed.

He is not nearly as terrible and lost as everyone is leading on. He just needs some work.

If Jerry has faith in his coaching staff and the influences around Campbell than I would make the pick.
