Not investigators, one investigator and that was because of the credibility of the woman.RG was 100% wrong as his own investigators said NO PUNISHMENT was the best action..he then suspends him for more then most any other person gets with 100% NO PROOF..it was very wrong.//
who give a flytimn flip what happened at that parade, that not even an issue it happened After and wasnt even a complaint buy his FREIND just caught on cameras..so lets get real he was wrongly punished and severely so as 6 games is for real proved offenses.. EE was on his way to another Rushing title led the league ion YPG even with the mess surrounding him, if he plays 16 games he makes history winning 3 straight Rushing titles..period it was wrong.. no debate no facts to support anythg but RG was wrong..
Facts? Don't know about that but there was evidence, circumstantial or not. Elliott admitted they drank to excess and did drugs and his excuse for her bruises and marks was not believable. Was he guilty of DV? Have no idea and neither does anyone else except he and the woman.
What I do know is that his HC was instrumental in getting Elliott's father to quit his job and move to Columbus and that was a first for me. I never heard of that before. He did mess with that girl's shirt while he was under investigation for disrespecting his woman and pulls that stunt out in the open? I think Elliott suffered a little bulletproofitis because he's the big football stud.
Did he slap the girl around? Have no idea but I think he could have under the influence of alcohol, drugs and a woman pushing all his buttons. She's a piece of work and strikes me as the kind that would push his buttons and not let up. I think it could have escalated under the wrong conditions.
RG has that panel of 4 to weigh against that 1 investigator who said it was all about victim credibility to her. When that went public, what was he to do? Why have the panel if he's not going to follow a unanimous recommendation? He also had the DA's office telling him they believed something happened but they didn't want to be the ones to ruin a local football hero. Seeing how they held an elected office in Columbus, Ohio.
