Here's to you, Drew Henson.

Oh look! It's the Henson people doing a drive by Henson spin - on a tricycle!

Is that Hos driving with BZ in the back?

(it's just a joke fellas)
:lmao2:

There will be room for you too Benny. I got my practice as a rickshaw driver in Hong Kong.

Denial?

That's funny Cleopatra.

"Zip means nothing." Tell that to NFL scouts. I ain't buying it.
Its not that Zip doesnt mean anything, I said its obvious you are in denial of the truth because that's all you can come up with. There was no way from the stands you could tell who's ball spun more times in the air and who's ball cut through the air better

Cue more Egypt references

Was it helpful? Yes

Was it Romo's fault Witten was open? No, you throw to the open WR

And here's something you fail to mention, with Witten in the game Romo was 5-6. Romo only threw 10 passes, Witten was in the game for over half his passes. It would be different if Romo went 3-10 without Witten, but he went 3-4. He just didnt throw much after Witten left.

Exactly. All this spin leaves me no doubt that there is a major Henson agenda ... I just want the team to give Romo a shot ... this handing Henson stuff is absurd ... and the spinning of his performance is 'flat out' ridiculous ...

The incompletion that Romo threw in the endzone could have easily been caught by Keyshawn ...

Exactly, if that was thrown to a #1 or #2 WR, Romo would be 9-10 for 100 yards and a TD

I'll need a helmet and a tightly fastened seat belt before I get on any tricycle with you ...

(btw, thanks for keeping a sense of humor - this isn't personal )

But Witten would have been in there so the TD wouldn't have really counted ...

Right?

I have been wanting Romo to get a shot for 2 years, because it's obvious he's blowing Henson away both in practice and the preseason. But God forbid our future QB be an undrafted FA who was supposedly camp fodder instead of the blonde haired, blue eyed all american guy in Henson.

I took it as a joke. No sweat.

You've got to be kidding me.

No joke HH, tell me you are kidding.

The biggest problem with Romo is that he gives us all flashbacks of Steve Walsh. He has a noodle for an arm that makes Joe Montana's look like a cannon in comparison.

That's what I like about you man ... you're passionate just like me ... and you like to argue ... but in the end it's nothing personal.

Seriously, I'm glad we can disagree and still have fun ... you can't do that with some people here ..

Steve Walsh didnt HAVE an arm, period. He couldnt throw more than 45-50 yards.

And now cue the "zip has nothing to do with velocity or spin" statement.

The bottom line is Romo has 'zip' ... he throws at 57 mph ... that's velocity that is also distance ...

Never mind. It isn't worth me breaking out another "passing tree" lesson.

Believe what you want. I'll not waste my time or yours.

I'm really waiting for Hos to throw the spin cycle too full speed as he tries to explain velocity is how well you can throw the ball out of bounds.
