How To Beat Denver

How many of us fans are there?

There is no reason we can create a diversion, and kidnap Peyton until Monday.....

There is no reason

Has anyone said anything not known throughout the league? The problem isn't figuring out how, it is producing from the known way to beat teams with a great QB...

It's humorous to me how most of you armchair quarterbacks have a solution to beat a team that million dollar salaried professionals don't......[/quote

Well the million dollar salaried professionals just proved last week that they have no idea

Cowboys need to bully the Broncos on both side of the balls.

I think we can bring 5 at time with Lee or Carter both seems to be pretty good about getting quick pressure up the middle. I agree that I would not blitz him all day and we need to get good pressure with 4 but I would still bring the occational LB blitz

Looks like you're right, which is interesting to me. I feel like the Jon Gruden's of the world always point out that you can't blitz Peyton, but I looked at his stats when blitzed versus when not blitzed, and while there is some year to year variance they look pretty even.

All I'm saying is you have to mix things up, he is a very good QB you give him the same looks all the time you rush only 4 all the time he will beat it. You show blitz and bring it sometimes and back out others. You give him a man coverage looks at times and drop into zones but to give him the same look every play it becomes a lot easier for him to pick up on what you are doing.

1. Run more
2. Run more consecutive run plays, at least 9 times
3. Dez gets 13-15 targets
4. Limit Romo to 23-30 pass attempt with no more than 6 targets to Witten
5. Hope that special teams is so bad but no TDs that after long drives that emphasis the run, 18 plays with a short field (Kiffins derense is better suited for a short field I guess and the defense won't be subjected to long gassing drives and my have something left in the tank late)
6. 2 unforeseen TOs that lead to long sustained drives that stress the run

Mr Belichick agrees with you

Force the Broncos to bring Tebow back and play him on Sunday that should improve the Cowboys chances. Even Tebow could probably put up 300 yards and 2 TD's on this defense.

I sincerely believe Peyton is more football smart than many coaches in the NFL.

Where is Ray Finkle when you need him? That guy already got Marino, surely he can help us out with Manning.

Found him......

this defense isn't bad at all , the coaches just failed to adjust.. no matter how inept they may seem I doubt they're that stupid

Run the ball and keep the offense off the field. You can try and go into a shootout with Manning but I don't believe you can win it.

Yea but the guy isn't undefeated in his career. He's beatable. We've beat him when he was undefeated before. People conceding the game are pathetic. Not saying that's you but i've been seeing a lot of that on here.

It probably is me because I give us very little chance to win. And that's fine you feel that way. It's just my opinion & nothing more.

I agree he is beatable but that team is playing at a very high level. I don't see that with the Cowboys.

Hope I am wrong. I have zero issue admitting when/if I am wrong.
