About to pop my marinaded chicken in the oven, gonna baste with BBQ sauce. Trying this batch at a higher temp. I want that crackling crust.

Pairing it with a pesto, hatch chili pasta salad and a magnificent macaroni salad. The marinade is what takes forever, but I dumped the rest of my Chalula in the bag of chicken (lots of vinegar) to speed up the process. Been in the fridge since 12:30. I'm off work, boozing and gonna eat
