Greetings fellow brethren and best good friends of this quiet and coolest corner of C.Z. just thought I'd pass along the personal news of my mothers struggle with stomach cancer will soon reach it's end(deep sadness is upon me) she wasn't going to do any of the chemotherapy after seeing the havoc it reaped on dad a decade ago,and was like,, bring it on!
The substantial number of zeroes in the inheritance won't come close in easing the loss compared to the comfort of still having my mother to touch base with(I've swiged half way threw a jug in 30 min. before putting this out there, but my sister's a nurse and talking to her earlier today made me reach and uncork )
Best wishes for you and your family. I lost my mom about 3 and a half years ago, I was in the weight room with my players instead of being by her side with the rest of my brothers. Still haven't forgiven myself. Make every minute count my friend. Salud! God bless.

Thank you coach, she's in the Midwest ,I should head over for awhile, my brother moved back and bought a house close to her,he said I could stay with him and his wife,,, I don't know? (I know ive got a screaming headache now)I know when my father was up in Indianapolis treatment center it was pretty bad and I just had to get out of the room because that wasn't the father I knew,,,

You hate to see your parents suffer, I think that's why I went to work the day my mom died. I was on vacation and used it as an excuse not to be there. Everyone deals with it in their own way. Think it through and do what's in your heart. One day it'll be us, interesting to see how our family will deal with it. Prayers, bro.

LIKE, my friend. This is a safe haven for some of us. We've never met, yet we have a bit of a connection through the Cowboys. Wish the best for all my beer thread family. God bless and Salud!

Brother, this thread is life :)

Also, as an aside, that should have said "Big Guy" up there, somewhere. Not "Bug Guy"! Damn auto-correct :)

Good bless her human courage. Life at any cost is no living. I have always admired courage and your Mother has real, honest Human courage. God bless you.

Same, brudda!!!

@DFWJC, I got hammered in that draft, bro! Lol I had a lot of fun, tho :)
All in good fun bro.
Those grades dont mean much.
And because he hosts, RS always gets way higher grades than his draft might merit. He basically said so this time around.
I did like the 49ers draft. At least for now, Id give them an A.

Well know more in 1-3 years.

Hope to do it again next year.

Gulp gulp
