The funny thing is I didn't call anyone out. But the emotional ref-whiners call themselves out then blame someone else for it.

Well, I won't deny that.

We have a lot of ref-whiners here, and apparently I struck a nerve without mentioning any names. A call goes our way and they turn into Johnny Cochran for the refs.

Instead, the flags came out. Despite the Lions protestations, and even an ounce of common sense, the call went the Cowboys way and they won.

The "refs are out to get us" crowd turns into the greatest defenders of refs the world has ever seen. "Of course the call was right! How could anyone see anything else?" Meanwhile, had the roles been reversed we'd have 20 pages of threads announcing "proof" of an anti-Cowboys conspiracy, taking away our winning two point play.

It couldn't have played out any better. "The refs are out to get us, but not this time. They got this game-changing call right. Good job, refs."

Unintentional comedy and a Cowboys win. A perfect night.

Yeah, all the posters who claimed the league is rigged against the Cowboys because Goodell hates Jerry seem to have a problem explaining how the refs basically gave us the game off a technicality.

I will take it, but I am under no illusion that the Cowboys proved they are better than the Lions.

First off, when the Cowboys "get hosed" everyone here flips out and we get ref conspiracies galore, so I'm not sure what you're talking about but I suspect I struck a nerve.

Secondly, who said tonight was "rigged in our favor"? I didn't. Looks like you're outing yourself, feeling personally offended when no one called your name.
