Yes he contributed. Yes he's still one of the weakest links.

W-L is not assigned to the qb by anyone that matters. Talking heads who need to discuss who the GOAT is and nauseum and ignorant fans is about it.

Here's 3 of the biggest stat databases. Take a look and show me where the W-L column is for the QB. I'll save you some time...there isn't one.

Again, did he contribute to the win in a TEAM SPORT? If yes, then kindly shut the hell up and move on. Jesus, you haters whinge more than the Kardashians after they have been dumped by an NBA player.

Again, I said he did. Doesn't change the fact that he's one of the weakest pieces of this offense. Moving on...

I hate to say it, but so-called Dak "haters," as we call them, don't really know what they're talking about.

He's no gunslinger, like Romo was. But as much as I loved Romo, I'll take a busdriver for the things he does, like be sure of his read before he throws, than someone who has a gunslinger mentality.

Dak is an athlete. If you can't see that, you aren't looking. That alone makes him a credible threat to defenses.

Dak is young. He's in his third year. Some QBs never start until their 3rd or 4th year. That says something about his game.

Dak has led us to the playoff twice in his first two years. He's young, but he overcomes being young by being mature. And being an athlete. I like that about him.

Dak is clutch. Like it or not, he's clutch. His game speaks for itself.

He's gotten better as the season has gone on. That's all you can ask of a quarterback.

He wins.

Haters can hate all they want. But when you hate on a winner, that means you're probably a loser. Why else would the haters hate so hard?

All of you Uncle Ricos can take a hike.

We clinched the NFCE with one game left.

That's all Dak had to do, and he did it.
Feel better?

Athletes don't make QBs. It just keeps them from getting sacked faster. Unless you hold the ball too long waiting for that wide open receiver who you will overthrow most of the time.

This is a fallacy because you project every play would work out the same way and the score would be the same. They may have lost. Or they may have scored without the turnovers.

Correct.

Speculative. Thank You .

When Dak, or any Cowboy, or anyone from any team does something well, he gives them credit and when they don't, he points it out. That's not hating, it's analyzing.

I agree, but claiming that Dak sucks on every post isn't analyzing anything. It's pure irrational hatred of another human being.

You supported a choker for 10 full seasons, and I told you Romo would never lead the Cowboys to any championship playoff game.

Dak is going to do it. Just wait and see. Much sooner than you think.
If they get there, it isn't because Dak "led" them. Dak didn't even drive the bus this season. He just bought a ticket and rode in the back, while the defense pushed it.

Absolutely, If all they're saying is "Dak sucks", without any reasonable argument, then that's as bad as people who think he's the main reason the team is winning.

It's a team sport, does any team win because of one guy? We can say that someone contributed or made a key play but how does anyone become the main reason of winning when a team effort is what is needed?

Well, Brady is the main reason the Patriots win. He leads them. Aaron Rodgers, mostly. Let me put it this way: Dak is a slightly below average QB, whereas the defense is top 5. The offense, with Dak behind center is in the bottom third in every category.

Yes, it's a team sport, but some QBs make it easier to win, while others make it harder, Dak is one of the latter in most of the games the past 2 seasons.

You are right to an extent but this is like the 4th or 5th weeks he takes a sack to knock the team out of FG range. That is essentially a turnover in that situation.

Yeah, I'm getting sick of watching Dak hit the turf. This poor oline was only at its peak together for such a short time, and one of those years was the wasted 4-12 season in 2015.

The irony is that the OP-ED admits the QB's limitations. He calls him a bus driver and thats apparently good enough for some.

That's right.

But I would like to make a distinction. Dak is like a Greyhound bus driver.

Quincy was like a school bus driver.

He's a better player than Dilfer. And other bus drivers. But he's still a bus driver.

I like him that way though .
