Jacksonville
Cleveland
Cincinnati
Charlotte
Dallas
Other than Cleveland, the other 4 have awful owners who mettle too much.

Next up would be Vegas, but TB12 is going to turn them around.

Worst in what way? The Cowboys are probably one of the top 3 worst RUN teams in American sports, but we at least make the playoffs frequently.

No that would be somebody's jaded list ,not even close...

the Cowboys are picking 12 for a reason this year that's where they fall this year you can't put him ahead of the giants The Jets the Jaguars just to name a few I don't feel like going through the list but you're way off the Cowboys had a bad year but the three years prior the Cowboys are not even close to those teams 36 wins two division titles three straight playoff appearances 5 out of the last eight years playoff appearances the Browns haven't even won a division since 19....they're farther apart than five teams...

Washington didn't graduate Washington will need to do this over a three to five year. If not could it be one of those one off seasons the way they lost and the way they barely beat us the second game they nearly lost to Dallas twice against our backups and you're saying they graduated so did you say that when the Jaguars with Blake Bortles and The Jets with Mark Sanchez went to championship games they arrived I mean they graduated because they played in the championship game or was it just one year Nope it turned out to be just one year some years are just one off and you have a jaded way of looking at this but no way I'm putting the Cowboys inside the top 10 and again use the draft order that's the best way to determine keeping it one year at a time the worst to the best...

What's the criteria?

Simply winning? Winning this century or winning during the existence of the franchise?

I mean, WE have stretches of excellence in the prior century. But so does Detroit (won a whole bunch of NFL championships. Does our good era that was 30 or 40 years ago somehow mean more than theirs that was 80 years ago? (Haha @you if you say Yes).

If we're sticking to the modern Era (this century), I think Dallas is the worst.. because of Jerry. One of only a few teams to not go past the Divisional round, yet unlike the other sucky teams we still stand out in the media becuase Jerry makes us a laughing stock.

We simply have 0 hope under Jerry. And his less intelligent and less capable son is set to take over for the next couple of decades as GM.

The lack of hope makes us the worst.

Cleveland: They made one horrible mistake signing Deshawn Watson. Otherwise, they have enough talent to be in the playoffs every year. Chicago is in great shape hiring the Lion OC to groom Caleb Williams. The Raider just brought on Tom Brady as a part owner and he will have a big voice in the hiring process going forward. The Panthers overhauled their front office in response to failure, but appears they made an error drafting Bryce Young.

Point is all of these teams have hope for the future.......... except Dallas. We know the Jones cult will continue running things blind to their errors and unwilling to change course even when it's obvious something isn't working. This is the worst franchise b/c it has no real hope for the future. After Jerry, begins the Stephen Jones era which should be a real sh-show.

Sheez. I need to know your criteria. Chiefs and Eagles "trending" ahead? Bills and Ravens "same"?

About 17 other teams haven't haven't played in one since before Dallas...so, I guess Dallas is 18th worse? Some of those fans kids have retired.
Super Bowls Yes. But our futility goes back to conference title games. We now have the longest absence from the NFC title game in the NFC.

1. New England
2. 49ers
3. Dallas
1. New England:
The worst for the sport itself. Cheated their way to several Championships and are now considered the greatest franchise because of that. Had essentially no consequences to suffer because they had best connections to most important people inside the NFL.

2. 49ers
From a human side how they treat their players the worst franchise by far.

3. Dallas
If not by those 2 mentioned above Dallas should easily be the top choice.
This franchise drags the sport itself down with its business and money making approach.
From top to bottom it attracts people who are businessmen and not football people.
This franchise shows what can happen with a sport so many people love when people with no shame reduce it to a money making machine.
Absolute flagship for every other sportsleague if they dont want that their sport takes the same downfall american football has taken in the last 25 to 30 years.
