In your opinions what are the 5 worst franchises in the NFL?

Yes. Washington brought him in during their 90s Super Bowl run. He was part of a tandem with Cleveland. Good ole days.

For whatever it’s worth I have no problem with Brian S . Young tons of league experience it’s a matter if he gets a solid staff and an upgrade on this roster .

Current teams in no particular order: Jets, Raiders, Browns, Giants and the Jaguars. I would put the Bears, Miami and Carolina right after those teams. Dallas falls just behind in the next group somewhere.

Very curious to see what people think and where Dallas fits.

In no order the 5 worst franchises, and I base this on the lack of postseason success are:

Cleveland
Chicago
Raiders
Panthers
Cowboys

NYG and Jacksonville are right there. Washington, Detroit and Buffalo have graduated.

What do you guys think?

i dont see how the NYG are in the discussion, they've won 2 super bowls in the last 17-18 years. I wish the Mara family owned the Cowboys.

They have one playoff win since 2011. They are absolutely in the discussion for one of the current worst franchises. I didn’t take this thread topic to be an all-time list but a bit more current, like the last decade or so.

People who put the Panthers in this list clearly know nothing about the franchise.

They have been woefully more successful than any of the other teams listed in the playoffs.

Not sure how any futility list can’t include the Jets.

They have been really bad of late though. Really really bad.
They are only 2 years removed from their last playoff appearance upsetting the Vikings as 7th seed.

Nothing like the Jets 14 year (2010) drought.

I understand everyone’s frustration with the Cowboys this era. And no other fans would want our horrific owner running their football operations as GM.

But 5 worst NFL franchise? I’d need more clarity in what we’re using as definition besides emotions.

As I posted above in last 25 years we are in top 5 of worst playoff percentages but many teams haven’t even made playoffs as often.

Cowboys still rank near the top in playoff wins in NFL history. And in top 5 in Super Bowls.

This is a more accurate listing. https://www.thetoptens.com/football/greatest-nfl-franchises/

Yeah. Brian is fine if they give him good players and assistant coaches. It appears the Joneses are trying to give him the later. Now invest in free agency.
