In a nut shell, he basically said that Dez is good but he could be a lot better. And that he has the talent, but doesnt have it upstairs. And now it seems he is finally hiring a coach to get him better at his craft.

Pretty much what many have said. He runs poor routes and is a mental midget. Mentally and professionally he is lacking. Now he said none of this straight out, but you wanted to know in summary.

They are rivals and not friends. I don’t see how this is news at all.

So you have read nothing about Norman or you are just in denial about what he meant? After everything that has happened and been said about Dez this year, you still deny there are big issues?

Why would a Cowboy fan take anything that Norman has said as an important revelation. They trash talk each other constantly.

The last time Terrence Williams caught a TD Tony Romo threw it to him.

Saying he caught the most balls he ever caught at 50 something is not even worth mentioning.

The guy had 0 TD's and like 500 yards Receiving... Yes..He's struggling just as I say.
You mean other than the 4 he had in 2016 right?

Do you see any truth in what he says? Thats all that matters. And I dont what he said as malicious. He was very sure to compliment Dez and make it as soft as possible. But everything he said is exactly what everyone has been saying about Dez.

Why is it so important for you to not hear any of it? What is the point of turning a blind eye?

All he did was confirm what many have been saying. He could have critiqued Dez on many other ways. Instead he said the exact same things others have been saying. You honestly could not get a more perfect viewpoint then a great corner that covers him.

nothing norman says regarding dez is relevant. they're on opposing teams in the same conference. all we need to know about dez is his performance the last three years. it hasn't been much to write home about. vastly overpaid. just wouldn't understand the logic of keeping him. even at a reduced salary.

Agree with everything but what you said about Norman. When a CB on another team confirms what everyone has been saying its more evidence. Obviously you havent even read the interview.

The walls are starting to crumble from the inside for ol Dez. Got staffers diming him out from the inside... I already knew his antics were wearing on the "team". It's blatantly obvious. The sooner he's gone the better.

Y'all keep sitting back & thinking WR isn't top priority in the draft. I'll keep munching on this movie theater butter popcorn.

Yep.................At this point who is left that hasnt agreed about Dez?

Got proven right. Ironically, Dez proved many of us wrong regarding the off the field stuff. He has been somewhat of a headache, but nothing like many thought. Its the on the field shortcomings that have now been solidified with what has come out from Josh Norman and the turmoil over him within the organization.

The poor route running has really shown up. Dez could really have been one of the greatest of all time with his talent. This is the huge difference between a WR like Rice and Dez. One guy has all the talent in the world and a poor worth ethic. And the other guy has talent, but the will to be the best and be a professional.

Dez doesn't have a poor work ethic. That's never been a problem for him. He just hasn't focused on route-running because he didn't think he needed to. He focused on his physical abilities because he knew he could beat DBs with that. He's numbers up until 2015 didn't exactly prove him wrong. Now, that some of his physical gifts are diminishing, he's realizing the need to become more polished.

Dez can still make a play. He did it plenty of times last year.

We run more then anyone in the league and Dak isn't good at getting his X & Z the ball.

How many times did Dez do it last year? LOL

So Dak sucks and Dez is great? Dak is getting paid 600k per year. Dez is getting paid 16 million. Does that change anything for you? :lmao2::lmao:

Its either a poor work ethic or a stupid one. So maybe he works hard, but not on the right stuff. Either way other than his physical abilities, he is one of the worst at what he does.

I did read an interview by josh norman regarding dez. it was several months ago. don't know if the one being quoted is the same or not, but dissing of a player by an opponent is hardly confirmation of anything imo.

His numbers 4 years ago? This is the point. He is getting old and without that physical gifts at their peak what is he left with? Not much.
