Interesting fact about Mingo

Jonathan Mingo is the Mazi Smith of wide receivers.
Another Cowboys special on their infatuation with the SPARQ NFL Combine underwear Olympics.

And then come gameday the player is no where to be found.
Pathetic.

If this is McClay influenced he loses even more cred with this move imo.
Or again, it may be Jerry being Jerry like the Lance thing last year.

Either way...Cowboys!
LOL
I am all in!

Among 72 WRs with at least 50 receptions since the start of last season, Jonathan Mingo ranks:

- 72nd in receiving yards (539)
- 71st in yards per route run (0.75)
- 72nd in catch rate (49.5%)

So, that's worth a 4th round pick, huh?

But his name is Mingo! Yoda loves those types of names!

Seems like to me, we haven't had much luck with Ole Miss draft picks. Most of them trouble makers . We'll see.
Never draft a player from a school with "Miss" in their name. That's the opposite of a draft "hit." Luckily, Jerry's here to bail Carolina out.

Poor Jerry, I really feel bad for him. He will go down in history as the worst GM of a professional team.

Dez was a all pro receiver until dakl took over. Bottom line, if the QB isn't accurate, its hard to out up numbers

He fits right in

Forgive me if this has already gotten some attention somewhere here... just struck me as compelling... cued up to where Steve Smith begins his analysis...

Dak got Amari traded, he had Zoners questioning whether or not Ceedee was a legit #1, Cooks has been a 1000 yard receiver everywhere except here.

Transcript of the phone call between the GMs.

Panthers GM: “Hey Jerry. Just returning your call about Ming…[gets cut off by Jerry]”

Jerry Jones: “Fine we’ll make it a 4th rounder.”

He isn’t worth a 4th but the stat doesn’t account for no QB to throw to him. The player has some potebtial but not 4th rnd potential. A 5th since we will have multiple would have been worth it

To compare Mingo's previous situation to what he's walking into isn't being honest.
If this was last year, that would be an accurate statement. But what Dak was last year has no bearing on what he is this here and this year he has been horrible, the Offense has be horrible as a whole and the D has been even worse. While yes Dak is a better QB than young, the results aren't much better, Dak still sucks, just not as much as Young, the O still sucks, maybe not as much as Carolina but still pretty crappy. So i don't think he is coming into any better situation than he left. Hopefully they get it worked out and at least become a competitive team at some point this year .

Dak, when he returns, makes this player better
/s

Like Romo did for Laurant Robinson
So what are dak's precedents? Which jag has dak made better?

(Post reply with some trepidation. Not sure how this is gonna go for me. :))
