Oh, yet another burn barrel set in steel comment...:hammer: Bet, now work up a real signature bet and we'll put both of our mouths on the line...
Someone translate this for me so I can respond.

Ok I'm not trying to get down on Wilson but he's played 32 game has 27 tackles and .5 sacks.

Am I missing something? Is it that his potential has not translated in to on field success yet but he's on the rise - ready to bust out this year?

You understand, alright...but don't like an exchange of much outside of your own agenda. Smart guy
I don't come in here with an agenda. as far as what you said. Its "set in stone" not set in steel. And are you challenging me to a signature bet?

The truth, and nothing but the truth...and steel slamming, with stone engraved. You figure it out on that set of stereotypes.

Just don't think he's done enough to warrant a 2nd contract. Unless it's a decent contract for pretty cheap.

And what has his development been over his time in the NFL, and where does he sit in Bill Parcells' three year 'rook' look?

I think he's decently solid but it depends on the contract he's looking for. I don't see him as a starter yet.

If you are going to accuse me of having an agenda at least try to prove it.

What is so difficult?

Burn the barrel and put your mouth on the line

Got it?
He butchered a common quote. He made an accusation that I had an agenda. My mouth has always been on the line. I've made bets in the past that I or my challenger permanently leave the forum. No one has ever accepted the challenge.

I'll take the elite player over a 2nd tier player and take my chances. Especially when your picking at the back end of the first round where it's worth the risk.
we did that with Gregory and that was a risk of only a second rounder. No chance were we using a 1st on another problem. If we were going to risk it. I would have taken McDowell.

Disagree. He's not better than Lee or a healthy Smith. The SLB spot in Rod's defense is regularly replaced with another DB in nickel and dime formations. No way I would spend a first rounder on a part time player

T I see your point but as we all are learning we are showing the door to players on the wrong side of 30 Lee has 3 years left
