I'm sure the majority would agree forcing other animals to fight for your pleasure would qualify as inhumane and barbarously.

You can't honestly tell me you'd have no problem with your company sitting a former felon next to you at work. You wouldn't say "oh he served his time. I think I'll ask him to house sit for me this weekend"
Of course its lacking compassion but quite frankly humans are an evil selfserving species in general. The term inhumane is ironic in my opinion. If we were to litigate every inhumane act then we would all be in court.
Actually for any felony that doesn't constitute physical violence to another human being then I could really care less. If they were convicted of terpitude then I would watch my stuff and whatnot but I certainly wouldn't shun them.
I am not really big on the selfrighteous condemnation thing especially when I knew nothing about that person. Now a lot of people like that have sociopathic tendencies and what not and yeah I would conclude that I did not like them but I do not know them.
From a legal standpoint though there is no dog murder and that is whats important.
