Then put your life savings on the under 10.5 wins.
Doesn't sound like a wise choice in maintaining a diversified portfolio......but it would be worth a couple grand flyer.

I can't say it would be the easiest money I've ever made but it would rival my investments in airlines and casinos when they went way down during the pandemic.....now THAT was easy money with zero risk.

Currently the Cowboys are tied as the favorite to win the division and are the 3rd favorite to win the NFC behind the 49ers and the Lions.

There is zero accountability with the players. Imagine getting dog walked the way they did and not one single player recieves any criticism from coaching or management. It is washed away and everyone starts talking about their new big contract. These players stink and are not worthy of my love and support.

Have you noticed that every interview with Mike McCarthy is as predictable as it is non-illuminating?

See: https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nf...S&cvid=c30a1357579e4bc58fe941fed2841668&ei=15

So, guess what? MM thinks every one of the Cowboys drafted and undrafted players is terrific. He is so impressed with each and every one. Blah, blah, blah.

Football talk has become so predictable a child of ten years can parrot the lines. Hey, coach, what do you need the team to do to get back in the game? Answer: We have to play better defense and score more on offense. Our game plan is great, we have to stick to it.

Hey coach, what do you think of the draft and undrafted class after the first day of minicamp? Answer: I am so impressed, these kids are so great, they bring great enthusiasm, athleticism, skill, speed and superb understanding of the game.

Blah, blah, blah

Total nonsense and BS. Wouldn't it be refreshing if they said, "Well there are some good prospects here and a few who will not make an impact, even on special teams. I wish we had drafted a better player in the rounds they were selected. I think the Eagles and the Giants got much better. We need to get more from the lazy ones that disappointed last year, especially that no-good DT, Mazi Smith. He better get going or he will be shown the door."
Jason Garrett says, "what?"

Defending division champs.
The Cowboys always win the Super Bowl twice a year, right after the NFL draft and throughout Training Camp. The real Super Bowl in January or February, not so much. Jerruh is the master of hype and he does it so well that Cowboys World buys it year after year. Perhaps our teams are just not that good and that our yearly failures in the playoffs should be no surprise. I, for one, stopped believing in the Jones family. Jerruh is a master huckster and Stephen, was born on third base and thinks he hit a triple. He is the ultimate dummy. We can enjoy the regular season where we beat up all the weak teams, get a double digit win season. We should just default our first playoff game and instead root for Kansas City.

31 teams don't win the Super Bowl. A good chance that the Chiefs don't win this year.

Can we agree that the Cowboys will always be a part of the 31, as long as Dak Prescott is the starting QB?

Lol, the Cowboys look like a legit double digit win team again.
I know you like to quote the 12 wins for 3 years in a row..

That suggests they were pretty good I grant you.

but.. shouldn't they have achieved more if they were that good?

But it took Garrett 10 years to do it. McCarthy's only been here for 4. And 3 of those 4 years he went 12-5.
Actually only took 6 years. He had his two playoff wins by 2016.

Ultimately if MM doesn’t surpass playoff wins for a Cowboys HC this Century it’s all going to be for naught.

Yep. I was advised years ago to invest in popular products you consume . All of yours are sound investments.

I’d recommend getting in on some the tech markets like Apple and Amazon. If you had earlier even better. They’ll continue growing.

Keep in mind lines are set to generate action. Books know the trends for individual teams. That’s why lines change depending on what the money comes in on. As enthusiasm, like yours, wanes the odds and lines change. The under at 10.5 is a solid bet. That win total will be lower before the season begins.

I stopped reading here. I don’t want my HC to illuminate ****. We get enough illumination for Jerry and Stephen. I wish he’d lock it up more, Belichick is a great example of what I’m looking for.

True, but he never added any more in the remaining 3 1/2 years, so 2 wins was the total for his 9 1/2 years. That was my original point.
But perhaps we could allow him xtra points for clapping?

How many here thought this thread was gonna be about Jerry's unit?
Wow, I'd prefer to never hear the term "Jerry’s unit" again.

And, I'm a business owner and this is our 40th year in business. The buck stops with me. I'd always prefer to have talented employees who shine on their own. In my opinion, only a bad business owner would feel differently.

Don't worry! Him and Dak are done after this year. Dak will finally take down another coach. This is all a shame because this Cowboys team is one of the most talented teams since the SB days and it's all going to waste because of Dak.
