This is the only revenge I can think of that Jerry can do if 6 game suspension holds up:

1. Dak goes on sabbatical with Zeke to Argentina to play with loose woman. Jerry goes with them as well as Jaylon and Dez. The 5 amigos posts their happy trip on Cowboys mothership. This tanks the year and gets them a top 3 draft pick for war daddy.
2. A bad Cowboys team pisses off many owners and NFL because they will lose revenues and TV ratings as Cowboys games were how most of the top TV draws last year. Jerry can easily afford it, and he can turn home games into subtle Goddell hate fests and will feature the 5 amigos saying hi from the beaches of Argentina with 2 ladies sitting on Zeke's lap feeding him grapes and booze.
3. Piss off NFL more by bringing in Kapernick to replace Dak for the year, Ray Rice for RB, and Hardy for RDE. This would also make it easier to keep Hardy for 2018 and 2019 because the contract would have 2 1-year options.
4. During the season, sue NFL for antitrust and HR violations.
5. As Hardline said, hire PI to investigate Goddell and expose him.
6. Put bounty on Eli and an up and coming defensive player on the Giants when we play them. 15 yard penalties = bonus for the game.

Jerry can cut off his nose to get back at the NFL and Goddell.
As of Dec 19:
"Four of the five most watched NFL games this season, per Sports Media Watch, are Cowboys games. They are: Cowboys-Commanders on Thanksgiving (35.1 million); Cowboys-Steelers (28.9 million); Cowboys-Packers (28.0 million); Vikings-Lions (27.6 million) and Cowboys-Giants (27.5 million)."

there doesnt your right.

I am not biased. I am tired of this element on the team I root for and invest way to much time and money in. Especially in a year where they raised ticket prices and only two years removed from that moron hardy being forced on the fans.

You are not looking at this factually, but it seems, emotionally. This is not the element of the Cowboys, but the NFL and it's fans - NFL for overstepping boundaries and piss poor policies, and fans loving a witch hunt.

Everything from witness testimony and straight from the accusers texts show that she's a liar - you want to talk about who is hard to defend? How about the accuser?

I think Dallas has to approach the season as if Zeke won't play. That means getting McFadden, Morris, Smith, and maybe Hillman more snaps in practices preseason games.

I'm hoping the coaches have the creativity to better use the other weapons on offense

No they approached it as though Zeke was not going to be suspended at all. This decision was a shocker to the Cowboys and to Jerry.

Time for Jerry to swing a covert action op where he pays some lady to seduce goodell and then go public with false domestic violence accusations. Since no proof whatsoever is the burden of proof threshold, the owners could then collectively ask him to resign.

Funny how Brady actually got away with cheating the game to win a Super Bowl and they had evidence of him cheating and he tried to destroy some it. He only gets four games. But some lying extortionist makes up lies that everyone knows is false and a guy gets six games. What's to stop a flow of false accusations and extortionist women?

actually maybe it is. It seems sex slave is also known as a submissive...so the opposite of a dominatrix. People pay for this service. Its a different think than escort.

She falsified statements as they said today during the pc and that still didnt change what happened that one night apparently.
It certainly has to change what her accounts of what happened are..you don't get to be a selective Liar and ruin the career and cost millions of dollars to someone who isn't not falsifying police statements.

And if you are a sex slave and you have a few bruises and marks around your neck then how can anyone say if this wasn't from a client, a fight, or an incident of DV. If you claim people pay you to get sexually tortured then the nature of a bruise should certainly be questioned.

Oh so she gets the benefit of the doubt that this particular street fight didn't cause her bruising. What about the multiple witnesses that say she announced her intentions to ruin Zekes career..or the multiple witnesses that say Zeke didn't touch her and wasn't even that close to her that night?
Pictures without cross examination are questionable at best

It is one of the foundations of our judicial system for a reason

People change their stories under oath and the penalty of perjury

For what it's worth, I worked with Pater Harvey at my old law firm, and can attest that he is a thoughtful, reasonable, decent guy whose judgment and skill in my opinion are beyond reproach.

I thought it was very interesting that the NFL made him available for an extensive call with the media today in which he thoroughly and methodically described the process. Most critical, in my opinion, is the fact that he made it clear that the league had substantial, highly-relevant evidence that was not available to the prosecutors in Ohio -- namely, the metadata associated with the multitude of text and email communications that Zeke and the accuser (among others) engaged in on or around the dates of the alleged incidents. These metadata reportedly confirmed the accuser's timeline, and did not coincide with Zeke's.

For me, personally, this indicates that Zeke is dead to rights here, and plainly engaged in some kind of physical abuse. It also means to me that his appeal will not materially affect the length of the suspension, if it does at all.

Sad to say it, but whatever you think about the process, justice was almost certainly served here.

Right, how much was he paid under the table to say it?

I'm sure players around the league see this and realize the targets that are on their backs...
But as fans we have to understand that these are regular guys who have lives off the field and this situation is unavoidable many times..We need to hold the league accountable for setting a troubling precedent today.

I understand this position 100%. I just don't see any way to hold the NFL accountable without hurting the sport even more. To me, it is what it is.

its become the element of the cowboys over the last decade when they welcome pacman, tank johnson, greg hardy etc.

Im tired of it and its not necessary to win. Yes also every team has issues and most have many more arrests but there is a problem here with this kind of thing and they seem to think they are above it.

and I do not include weed in this type of thing, I dont think randy gregory is a bad person for smoking.

i am repeating what i heard on the pc today. They said when asked that she did say events happened that did not but it didnt change the fact that she was assaulted apparently.
Yes it does...it absolutely changes your credibility when you are lying to police and making stuff up. You don't get to only be telling the truth when it fits the story of a person making a case against someone else.
This is bizarre..

The whole "sex slave" bit was sarcasm ....... EE treated her like a booty call and not a girlfriend even though he paid the bills and stayed there sometimes.... she was describing how she was basically a sex slave because he would come and go and abuse her

Listen guys, this sucks all around but on the bright side maybe this will be a wake up call for Zeke and we won't have to deal with his shenanigans any longer (the Drama Zone will be boring though :(, bitter sweet). I'm also confident we'll be just fine and still make the playoffs. Luckily we have a great O line, great QB, great receivers and TE's and average RB's (behind a great O line makes them above average). Also, luckily we play 4 of the easiest teams on our schedule in the first 6 games. Some of you like to bring up my old posts, be sure to mark this one and quote me on it in 10-12 weeks.

Sorry but the NFL is above the law...

Or at least beyond it. :)

I'm not trying to be a wise guy but trying to apply common, everyday law to this situation doesn't work. The NFL is it's own organization with its own rules and standards... Rules and standards that they can change whenever they feel the need.

NFL has acted like a Monopoly for many years... Time for some Sherman Anti-trust treatment.

So according to the report there was evidence some bad conduct happened just not bad enough to warrant an arrest.
