It's October and the division is already lost

At the very worst, the two schedules have been pretty equal thus far.

So any rationale that suggests the Eagles are really only 5-1 because they've played this cupcake schedule to date compared to us is bogus. And silly. And stupid.
Disagree. The iggle didn't have to deal with Aaron Rogers.

I just hate the word Tank only 5 games into the season when you have a healthy QB and healthy team. I'm pretty sure we have no one out on IR, except Zeke and his 6 games, but even he will be back. Just can't fathom it right now even though I know we are bad.

I agree with you and as a "homer" hate to even entertain the thought but, you just have to review the games and see how this team
has regressed. I can't really blame Dak because the OL has just looked awful and the engine to make the offense go is AWOL!

You're so stupid. I judge the Cowboys and iggles the same. They both had 2 hard games so far. The iggles lost one and the Cowboys lost both plus lost one they should not have lost to the Rams.

You calling anyone stupid after your performance in the last half hour is one of the funnier moments in this thread.

You stated the Eagles played a much easier schedule. That's false. You claimed they only played one good team - Carolina. That was false. You then tried to claim that you can't really count the KC game because they lost. That's weird largely because you'd then have to not count our losses to GB, Rams and Denver in your SOS analysis. But you didn't. You keep referencing the GB loss as if it's some badge of honor.

But hey, keep spinning. It's doing wonders for your reputation.

Maybe because it was one of the 2 out of 7 seasons when this team actually had a winning record?

Same "puppet" coach that last year guided this team to a 13-3 record. Now the Cowboys are having a bad year so far and voila here come the puppet coach retorts. So shocked.

Eagles play their next three games at home against winnable opponents. It's done and they deserve it. They went out and got Jernigan and Darby to add to an already stacked defense. Got Jeffrey on a prove it deal to help out their young QB. Their oline looks like top 3 in the league. Meanwhile we go 13-3 and get fat and happy. Benson Mayowa and Kyle Wilber are getting significant PT on this team. I'm totally disgusted in the front office. How do you not go for the jugular after getting so close last season?
Put this in Bold letters--- "The Last game of the season will decide the division," so we are still in it....

Just give up on this. The Eagles schedule to this point has been the more difficult one based on the actual, factual numbers, and not opinion. That dog just won't hunt.

The rest of the way? Sure, that 1st place schedule kicks in for the Cowboys and the Eagles schedule gets easier. Nobody's disputing that.

But that makes it that much harder for Dallas to overcome and not any reason for optimism.

It's the best "vote" any of us have. Our wallets. Why support something you're not happy with?
I'm every bit as stubborn as you are on my opinion. The iggles were spared playing GB with Aaron Rodgers so their schedule is easier.

Agree with you second point. I'm not happy with how the league is run right now.

People don't look at these things in a vacuum. Those that do, it makes it easier to defend a mediocre coach. You can just point to one season and then pretend the others never really happened.

6 full seasons. Only 2 winning seasons. Only on playoff win. That's not exactly a great resume right there and going 13-3 one season doesn't just magically erase what has largely been a mediocre run.

And we were spared thus far having to play arguably the best team in football on the road in one of the toughest places to play - Arrowhead.

Are you really suggesting that playing GB in Dallas was a much tougher game than playing KC on the road in Arrowhead?

Bosa was not an option.

I would take Myles Garrett over...
I would take Bosa

Notice the word WOULD. As in........if he WAS available, I would have taken him or would take him no matter what.

Misquoting me doesn't help your already wrong point. I didn't say "much" easier, just easier. So you are the one stating falsehoods. I said the iggles played two hard games but only won one, so again you lie about what I said.

I have not given the Cowboys credit for losing any games just like I don't give the iggles credit for losing to KC.

Look at the schedule dummy.... KC is ahead of us. GB isn't on the iggles schedule at all.

Why do you not get that we both play KC but only Dallas plays GB?

2 winning seasons out of 7.

Maybe you missed it the first time it was pointed out to you.

That's a 28.571429%.

That's sucks. But you continue to talk like a guy with a record like that is somehow beyond reproach or questioning, or firing.

For some people, it's the same thing they used to defend the guy in 2015 when this team failed too. "But we actually won in 2014!"

More and more of us want off the roller coaster of mediocrity. Everything they could change has been changed. Time to face reality.

It was clearly implied when you claimed the Eagles played a "cupcake schedule" other than Carolina.

Just admit you screwed up and move on. We all can see you messed up so admitting it won't be surprising or shocking to anyone reading this thread.

Oh and yes, you have given the Cowboys credit for games they lost. You keep arguing how impressive it was to our schedule that we played GB.

We aren't talking about future schedules. We are talking about schedules TO DATE. Do you know what that means? Can you grasp that concept?

I think using the schedule is a pretty weak argument. Sure some teams have it a bit harder than others, but I don't think the difference is as big as some make it out to be....not in today's NFL. The boys got creamed by the Broncos...the same place where a decimated Giants team completely outplayed them. A team can only play who is on their schedule. I think you are trying to rationalize this to make the Eagles look worse for it, and the Cowboys better. Bill Parcells would strongly disagree.
