Its funny. This board for the most part was upset when Carolina hired Rhule because he was a team builder and good coach. Yet say the guy he brought with him isn't qualified..

If I'm following the timeline correctly, Nixon called plays as the OC after Joe Brady was let go in 2021. But, in 2022 Ben McAdoo was brought in to be the OC and Nixon was relegated to RB coach.
So, why Nixon instead of McAdoo?

Because he can find a suit that actually fits him, unlike McAdoo.
