Man, I just got off Facebook and you won't believe that page after page there are fans of the Cowboys just trashing the hell out of Jerry and the Cowboys. I've never seen anything like this happening and I hope it continues until the narcissist comes to his senses. It's actually funny as hell.

Mike Greenburg on ESPN ripped Jerry to shreds the other day for waiting a week before the season started to sign Dak and Cee Dee. He said it costs them millions more then it would have in the spring. It also cost them Derrick Henry and other players who they could have been available if Jerry had not picked around.

Jerry is done. He is not going to grow any new brain cells. He will only get worse.

He either needs to sell the team or turn it over to Stephen.

Thank you very much for posting this. I love examining people through their words and actions. This might be the best video I have watched this year. By far.

I have not read the entire thread but Jerry Jones' flare up really begins at the 11:07 mark of the video. Just in case there are members who do not wish to listen to the entire 23 -minute audio. Getting away from his flare up, I will post about something that illustrates two things heard between the 9:18 - 11:07 marks: 1) Jones' philosophy on his head coach and 2) his mental acquity.

First, some media members and fans will always take their opinion of what Jones should do but will totally ignore or disregard what Jones will likely do. He reinforces his thinking in regards to firing a head coach in-season. Anything is possible but Jones has never really deviated from the explanation he gives in the video. That's Jerry Jones, whether anyone likes it or not.

Secondly, isolate and really listen to him during that nearly two-minute segment. He demonstrates strong mental acuity. Memory recall. Interconnected thought construction and presentation.

Just pointing this out for anyone reading this, who says he is senile or has dementia. Being cantankerous or ornery or slightly forgetful or etc., is not necessarily signs of senility or dementia. It would be nice if more people reflected on this. There is nothing wrong with calling him a GM idiot or that he is football ignorant. Idiocy and stupidity are not signs of senility or dementia.

/rant from one of millions of people who have actually dealt with loved ones living and/or died from real life, no joke, dementia

Good, that's what he deserves. Now sell the team.

The only way to stop Jerry is to stop caring. Stop watching. Stop talking about him. Stop spending money. Until then he will continue doing things to help him make money. This tangent he went on during this show is calculated well thought out plan on Jerry's behalf. Media will buzz about it. Fans will eat it up just putting more money in Jerry's pocket.
This is true. I'll never root for Dallas to lose, but instances like what happened Sunday need to continue. Teams need to show off and rub it in Jerry's face just like Campbell did. Season pass holders should continue selling their tickets to opposing fans...the more the merrier. The team needs to continue those kind of performances in front of a national audience.

It pains me to say all of that, but I'm tired of feeling like this.

Jerry wouldn't last in the New York or Philly market.

Maybe it's time we imitate our division rivals involving him. Our biggest troll in the media was saying this is partly on us fans for putting up with this for so long. He might be partly right. We play in the same division as Philly and the Giants. Maybe it's time we start letting them rub off on us in the way we hold the Joneses to the fire. Maybe it's time we as fans start making it clear to the team we find the way this season is being played out and the way the offseason went is unacceptable.

Let's be honest, if we were Philly, Jerry would never hear the end of how unacceptable this season is, much less how the last 29 years have been. Maybe it's time we let that aspect of Philly rub off on us.

While I agree, I don't think SJ is any better. This is a mix of dysfunction caused by JJ and cheapness from his son SJ.

OK, this is getting out of hand. It's been reported that MM stripped Dak from being a Captain of the team because of his play against the Lions. Has anyone else heard about this?
I haven’t seen anything, but please tell me this is real. It’s just an endless comedy show in Dallas.

I just listened to his radio interview and he didn’t go off near as much as he did during Jason Garrett’s final year. He got so angry with the radio crew late that season that he started cursing. He ended up being cut off. That was the angriest I’ve ever heard him on the radio. He was pissed!

"This is not your job. Your job isn't to let me go over all the reasons that I did something and I'm sorry that I did it. That's not your job. I'll get somebody else to ask these questions. I'm not kidding. You're not going to figure it out what the team is doing right or wrong. If you are, or any five or 10 like you, you need to come to this (NFL) meeting I'm going to today with 32 teams here, you're geniuses.

"You really think you're gonna sit here with a microphone and tell me all of the things that I've done wrong without going over the rights? Listen, we both know we're talking to a lot of great fans, a lot of great listeners. And I'm very sorry for what happened out there Sunday. I'm sick about what happened Sunday. "...

One of the stupidest things I've ever done, that anybody had ever analyzed was buy the Cowboys. It was an idiot that did that. So idiot things can turn into good decisions. Smart things can turn into bad decisions. The facts are when you make one, you don't really know if it's going to be good or not at the time. You want some conversation this morning, you're getting it."

LMAO — the engineer on this train is crazier than the one for the Polar Express.

This thing is going nowhere but badly and downwards. And I LOVE IT.
