He actually has.Jason Garrett is changing the culture around here though.

Jerry used to spy on Troy in the shower. Purely professional of course.
Well I'd spy on Troy in the shower too but I am female.
For the record, I actually agree with putting Romo back in, assuming he was healthy. I'm not arguing with that, but it should be the coach's decision. Not Dr. Jerry's.
It's mind boggling. I don't think anybody would argue that Tony is far superior to Weeden when all things are equal but the fact of that matter is that Tony scored 7 points as QB and Weeden scored 10 in a pinch hitting role.
I thought it was a mistake to put Tony back in last night and I think it was a mistake to do it this morning. I've heard all the pundits say that if he was healthy, he should be playing but I don't see any way that you could look at Tony last night and come away thinking he was healthy. He struggled to drive the ball more then 20 yards downfield.
IMO, we should have gone with Weeden and saved Tony to fight another day. It's done now.
Much ado over nothing. Jerry is and always has been a hands-on owner. It absolutely does not surprise me at all that he was concerned about the health of his starting QB and furthermore I am not in the least shocked that as soon as he had info he took it to Garrett. In my mind, making sure the Head Coach knows the prognosis as quickly as possible is good leadership. But that's just my opinion. I honestly cannot for the life of me figure out how any of Jerry's actions last night in any way are deserving of a pitch fork blog mob.

Broaddus and Mickey are laughing at you guys.
Let's say...they had rode w/ Weeden. And he won.
Then your opening yourself up to a QB controversy. It's a no win situation really. I think @ least that thought crossed some peoples minds last night. Wouldn't want to open that can of worms.
I think most have this misconstrued. Jerry told him he'll be back for the game. Not that jerry said hes going in.
Coach Jones strikes again. Garrett probable felt he had no choice but to reinsert Romo after his bosses comment. I have no doubt Weeden would have won that game. Hell, Johnny Footbal would have won that game. Why isn't that guy around here? Screw you Jerry Jones.
Why is that a QB controversy? No one in his/her right mind would pick Weeden over Romo over the course of this season. Notice I said right mind.
Normally this one is post deletion bait. But this is funny.
Jerry needs to stay in the booth. With all of the money that he spent on Romo you would think that Jerry wouldn't be suggesting putting a injured Romo back into a game where he is getting hit all night long.
True, Had Weeden stayed in I would not have had an issue with it but also did not have an issue with Garrett putting Tony back in. No one seemed to have an issue when Romo came back late in the game vs 9ers or playing through pain vs skins last season. Romo had been in that situation before and has come through for the team and so when he comes out wanting to go back in I would have to say I had no issue with Garrett letting him back in. It is that very nature of Romo that has earned him the respect he has from the players on this team.
I'm trying to figure this out. Is it a reading comprehension issue or are you simply assuming that everyone who had anything to do with that situation last night is lying? Jerry passed the prognosis from the doctor to Jason. That's it. He didn't demand Jason put Romo back in. He didn't suggest it. He simply passed the message. Now, unless you can prove beyond a shadow of doubt that he, Jason and everyone else involved is lying, so be it. Otherwise, why put it out there like your version of the story is the truth? For me, this type of posting is actually worse than the Cowboys losing last night.
