The NFL was screwed once the pics got into the hands of the wrong people, because they can easily be distorted to give the appearance of DV.
Now they have a pr nightmare should they fall on the side of the player. Personally I think they should let the law decide these matters, if a player is charged by police than they should suspend the player dependant on conviction or not. Four games acquittal, full season guilty, if not longer. Make it a policy an no one will ***** and moan about it later on.

But even if the conduct does not result in a criminal conviction, players found to have engaged in any of the following conduct will be subject to discipline. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to the following:

 Actual or threatened physical violence against another person, including dating violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and other forms of family violence;

What does this have to do with this case? Still no evidence.

4 independent individuals reviewed all the evidence and concluded he did....

I asked for you to point out one thing he did to violate the conduct policy.
You didn't. So, either comprehension is a problem for you or you can't read.

"4 independent individuals" looks awfully sketchy when viewing one individual interview on NFL Network.
That Harvey dude was as vindictive as a person can be. Pretty transparent in his views.

I really wish people would stop using "PC" as a disparaging term.

This case has nothing to do with "political correctness" and everything to do with the NFL's relationship with advertisers and sponsors.

Advertising and sponsors all come down to what is "acceptable" and what is "politically correct". But to say the NFL isn't afraid of another Ray Rice fiasco would be laughable, they are certainly trying to avoid this from happening.

There is far less risk of suspending a player accused of DV, then letting that player off the hook and evidence showing up in the future that he actually did it. The NFL, whether it's labeled "PC" or whatever you want, is playing it safe....which you admitted to.

I'm not the one asserting blame, I don't have access to all of the evidence and neither do you.......yet you seem to conclude what other's motives are, you must have a crystal ball!!

BUT These four individuals, not you or I reviewed ALL OF THE EVIDENCE COLLECTED and concluded he did by a preponderance of the evidence(that's a 51% belief he did and that's all that's needed)...that's a 4-0 decision

Nope. Six games means domestic violence. Period.

Oh, so now you're going to deflect. You're an ignoramus jumping on here running your mouth but not
standing by anything. WHAT PART OF THE CONDUCT POLICY DID HE VIOLATE? You claimed he violated it
and copied the policy. WHICH ONE DID HE VIOLATE? But instead of answering you now have "4 Individuals".
(Side bar-What the hell is Ken Houston's legal creditials?)

Clearly, you're a gullible creature.

There it is in plain black and white, that's what the 4 panel concluded after reviewing the evidence and the 6 game suspension was handed down..

It's alarming how easy it is for some to believe everything being fed to them without
stopping for even a moment and thinking maybe something's wrong here.

Now, if there is evidence, why hasn't it come out? It's been over a year and frankly there is
more evidence that this is the work of a gold digging female than an abusive football player.

I mostly feel bad for those women out there who are abused. This will hurt them further in the long run.

If he is truly innocent, then her false allegations has caused him severe harm.

As I said, if he gets a favorable judgement but doesn't get a penny from her, he still wins. He gets his name back.
This is a pr battle. Suing her would be a horrible mistake rn.

What is really odd about this situation is that usually the NFL only goes against guys who are either charged or found guilty. Here they decided despite that, they would conduct their own investigation which took 12 months longer than the police one did, and decided, despite all the evidence to the contrary, we believe her and she is a survivor. They even used the trigger words that women's groups use. He was always going to be suspended. As someone else posted, this kangaroo court was just to find out a way to make it look like it was a fair hearing.

Again, you don't answer. He did not threaten physical violence, dating, domestic, child abuse, etc. But you're a coward
for not speaking up and claiming he did anything.

why should you suspend if a player is acquitted? What if the jury/judge says, I am not just acquitting on law, I believe you did not do the crime.
