Actual or threatened physical violence against another person, including dating violence, domestic violence, child abuse, and other forms of family violence;

There it is in plain black and white, that's what the 4 panel concluded after reviewing the evidence and the 6 game suspension was handed down..

Calling you a gullible ignoramus is not name calling. It's an accurate observation.

Again, you don't answer. He did not threaten physical violence, dating, domestic, child abuse, etc. But you're a coward
for not speaking up and claiming he did anything.

Have an adult read it to you and explain it....

damn, you have it in for Zeke,,,were you one of those Jalen Ramsey guys?

I've read and seen enough to know how civil court cases work and what can of worms open up as a result....stuff comes out you have no idea existed, whether it's a divorce, or a Paternity case, or domestic assault case or a child custody case etc etc

The NFL was screwed once the pics got into the hands of the wrong people, because they can easily be distorted to give the appearance of DV.
Now they have a pr nightmare should they fall on the side of the player. Personally I think they should let the law decide these matters, if a player is charged by police than they should suspend the player dependant on conviction or not. Four games acquittal, full season guilty, if not longer. Make it a policy an no one will ***** and moan about it later on.
Why would anybody take four games if they were acquitted? What kinda goofy logic is that? No games period if I'm acquitted

I completely agree, there may be ghosts in the closet that he doesn't want out from high school to college....that just might open up a whole new can of worms for him...
You really have a singular impression of this young man, don't you? You believe everything bad said about him is true, don't you? And you obviously also think there are hidden treasures of misbehavior out there, just waiting to be unearthed, much to your joy, aren't you?

I'm not liking where this is going with you, as a poster. You're going awfully far to make your points known and oh-so-forcefully too.

On the other hand, I respect your resolve...

that crystal ball of yours is getting a workout today...

You keep mentioning this crystal ball. I've simply asked you a question that you seemingly don't have
the balls to answer. Because, if you do answer, you will be committed to a belief that you cannot prove.

And then this board will eat you alive. Run along now.

I'm not the one asserting blame, I don't have access to all of the evidence and neither do you.......yet you seem to conclude what other's motives are, you must have a crystal ball!!

BUT These four individuals, not you or I reviewed ALL OF THE EVIDENCE COLLECTED and concluded he did by a preponderance of the evidence(that's a 51% belief he did and that's all that's needed)...that's a 4-0 decision

MEMBERS OF THE EXTERNAL EXPERT ADVISORY PANEL

PETER HARVEY, Esq., former Attorney General for the State of New Jersey.

KEN HOUSTON, member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, who played in 14 seasons in the NFL.

TONYA LOVELACE, MA, Chief Executive Officer of The Women of Color Network, Inc.

MARY JO WHITE, Esq., former United States attorney and former Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

I'm going to assume that NO evidence would convince you anyway......

Don't have access to the evidence? Why don't you? Some here already went to the Ohio authority website and actually looked at the evidence.

You and Goddell are like peas in a pod. Both don't look at the evidence at hand. Both decided Zeke is guilty without looking at the evidence.

The difference with Roethlisberger is that he settled out of court with one woman and then months later he was accused by another woman who had 3 witnesses backing her claim and the woman didn't want to go to court because she feared what it would do to her life after seeing what happened to the woman that accused Kobe Bryant of rape.

I have little issue with the NFL punishing Roethlisberger because he was a case of a guy that had good evidence of him getting drunk and sexually assaulting at least 1 of those females. And 1 of the females had witnesses backing her account.

YR

Good point.
Did the NFL tell the world in their report, they knew he sexually assaulted those women, while rendering his suspension? Thats a huge difference, in these two cases.

Surely, they had enough evidence? No more than they have on Zeke? That's what makes it crazy, for them to label him as a woman abuser.

I'll say it again as I stated a hundred times on here, I'm not arguing that he's guilty or not, I don't know, I wasn't there.....but the league investigated it, they presented all the evidence to an independent panel of 4 people and based on their decision looking at all that evidence, they found that a preponderance of the evidence(51%) that he hit her....a 4-0 decision.. Now no where in my write up did I say I believe he did it.....but what I do believe is both Zeke and his ex girlfriend have issues with the truth...

You're arguments are completely one-directional though. You refuse to look at the other direction at all and choose to refuse it exists in your arguments. There is now representation trying to talk and that's being muted in the court of Nothing.
So... Hence my post, despite your protesting that you are fair, or whatever you are trying to portray yourself as.

You are being extremely... extreme.

four independent individuals that looked at all the evidence found 4-0 that they did...

Did they, what did they see and how did they come to that decision? This is all open in a court of law, in the NFLs case, they are not releasing the evidence used to come to that decision. If it goes to court, that will have to be looked at, maybe the NFL does not want that looked at, hence the reason they are hiding it.

Just out of curiosity, did you consider that?

It's also odd that he seems to be fairly okay with this decision despite none of the evidence presented not being sufficient - also who the NFL hired specifically stated the accuser wasn't exactly trustworthy.

From everything in the NFL statement, there is absolutely nothing else to be shown. Even who the NFL hired said Zeke's ex isn't reliable.

Someone on here said the NFL has "texts" that prove Zeke hit her, but I have searched around everywhere and have yet to find the NFL stating this or even a news outlet saying this.

You keep pointing to the rule book and saying Guilty but you refuse to specifically tie it to an action of EE

Specifically name the time and place of the incidents that led to TTs injuries...... if it is so open and shut it should be simple to lay it all out based on all your readings and research

On what day did EE abuse TT, where did it and when did it happen and did he punch her, slap her, grab her, kick her or bite her

Please lay out the timeline like this:

Ray Rice punched his wife in the elevator one time and knocked her out...... he then dragged her body out of the elevator and down the hall.....this was all on video

Tom Brady told the equipment manger he wants a deflated ball...... the equipment manager tells the locker room guys to get it done for free shoes and signed appearal...... the locker room guy illegally takes the bag of NE balls into the bathroom and deflates them........the Colts inform the officials and they catch them red handed by re-testing the balls

Why should anyone take the league at their word?

If the league looking at the evidence and coming to a conclusion is enough to come same conclusion for you then fine. At the very least you should understand why people don't agree with that approach.

The former DA that the league had interview Thompson said that she did not find her credible. She's not.

The NFL ignored that because of metadata on the phone? You can change metadata with a choice of free apps on both platforms.

Look if new evidence comes to light condemning him, I will be first in line to say suspend him but Thompson's case is ****.
