Richardson fell off the production bus. There is a reason the Jets would be looking to get resources out of him now rather than pay him $8M next (optional) year.

Get some actual value out of any possible perceived (not much @ $8M) value since he hasn't provided any actual value to the Jets at his price tag.

Todd Archer saying that the Cowboys already said "No" to the trade,,, too much cost in his salary and draft picks.
I think this is the right move. Bowles is a defensive minded coach and if he is willing to part ways.....

I'm all for Dallas helping their D this year but it has to be smart for the future too. They've been extremely patient in this rebuild process and, even though I can see them being a little more active in FA this off-season, I expect them to continue with their strategy of building a young team with good depth through the draft.

Exactly. Build up front through the draft like we did our offensive line.

I just feel like Richardson or Wake could be the Charles Haley midseason acquisition that we need for a Super Bowl run.

Trading McFadden would not get much. Richardson probably costs a number 1 pick. The question: Is he the RIGHT KIND OF GUY?

th
Can he provide pass rush? if so he is the right kind of guy LOL (I do understand what you meant)

Too pricey for a rental. Richardson is due 8 million next year and is an UFA in 2018. So we'd be paying him again real soon.

Wake is going to get 7 mill next year and almost 8 the following. Keep in mind coming off acl injury and is 34.

non - Cowboys related. The Eagles could pull trigger to get a WR. The Cowboys game highlighted their need and I think the Bears wanted to showcase Jeffrey last night.

They dropped a lot of balls Sunday. That could be a scary addition. Underscores why we need to upgrade as well.

They won't get Alshon. Torrey Smith is more than likely to be the guy.

With Jeffery being under the franchise tag, whom ever trades for him cannot resign him until after the season. So if he hates Philly? He can choose to walk ... or they can tag him for over 17.5 million.

Wake would be the guy I'd get if we could. Move Crawford back to 3-tech, put McClain at 1-tech, Wake at RDE and Lawrence at LDE, then mix in the rest.
