Jets workout Dan Bailey

that says that bailey does not think he is done yet.

Other than the Cowboys keeping the kicker they thought was better, I've not heard or read anything that Bailey or anyone else thought he was done. As kickers go Bailey has a lot of years left so why would you think anyone thought he was finished?
.

Yea so what if the young and new is a downgrade.
Then you move on till you have the best player for that position. Teams don't hang on to has beens or the NFL would be a bunch of seniors playing with Medicare protection.

That's why it's a puzzle and teams try to complete that puzzle by putting together that perfect scenario. Hec, it took the Egals only 52 years to complete their puzzle. Just saying....

Wow, Putty has really taught you some football :omg::eek: Puttyism is really working :lmao2:

Far and away most NFL players never win the Super Bowl and never get to the HOF. Was the career of every one wasted?

A wasted career is one where a quality player never gets a chance.

How many on this site won a state championship in high school? Of the few that played some college sport, how many won a national championship? Now, how many think their time playing sports as a kid was wasted?
You've convinced me, winning is so overrated

all this angst over a damn kicker that some wanted to get rid of after the giants game last year.
if not having Bailey derails our sesason...we have BIGGER problems on our hands.
screw FGs!
