yeah, I think I watched him lead the Skins over the Romo led Cowboys to win the NFC east title in week 17 a couple of years ago

Gosh, the Commanders must be real idiots for relegating him to third string after that kind of accomplishment.

I don't want either, and prefer we select a QB in the first round. But be honest, RGIII busted up his knee once and had reconstructive surgery, so he can't function anymore? So what did Sean Lee just do this past year? How about Thomas Davis, he's blown out his knee 3 times and is headed back to the pro bowl? RGII is several years removed from his knee surgery, so his knee issue in not a problem anymore than Tom Brady's surgically repaired knee.

I'm not so sure he can still do that. JF OTOH will use his feet.

That is the trade off.

Manziel can run. He can create plays out of the script. He lacks refinement. And of course, he is a colossal imbecile off the field.

Griffin has lost his mobility, has had plenty of time to improve as a pocket passer and yet can't, but yet has decent character, beyond being a diva.

I hate that Jerry Jones will soon make a choice between the two.

Mike Shanahan has all but said the knee is not the problem. But I guess he is a "hater" or something.

If we're gonna bring in Johnny Manziel, may as well give this guy a shot

That should complete the circus

Hey, don't laugh. He and Manziel can go to AA together.

Perfect QB coach. And he would do more, at least babysitting, than Wade Wilson has ever done.

I'm not interested in hearing how, when they say they are working on throwing mechanics, they meant beer pong...

Best case scenario we sign one of them and they never play because Romo stays healthy

Goff or Wentzel develops for a year and next year they are the primary backup

This is only a bandaid for the year

By Year 3 Romo is backing up Goff or gets traded or retires

I would like to give RGIII a chance to see if he can play, but I want nothing to do with that imbecile Johnny boy.

you've heard about what happens in a new regime, of new head coach, who wants his own coordinators, and his philosophy of what he wants to do on offense, right???...of course that's completely different from how this gong show is run in Dallas

When you can explain why Jason Garrett continues to hold on to his job, still waiting for his accomplishment other than it's a never ending yearly process, have to look at the tape, have to clean up some things!

What would happen if we REALLY "merged" Manziel and RGIII?

Griffin is not a case of coordinators, regimes and philosophy squeezing out a player. Jay Gruden basically gave Griffin the job in preseason. He had four weeks to take it. He failed and give him credit, he moved on, despite the organization's financial commitment to Griffin.

He can't play in a pro offense.

Now if you give me a guarantee Garrett and Linehan are going to march out a little read option, I might get less disgusted by the thought.
