I think that is what Jerry is saying in boozy Jerry-speak. He is telling Dak to "use the force". The laws of physics say you don't throw into double coverage but Dez Bryant is a freak of nature, so you do throw to him in double coverage.

If you look at every game Dez and Romo played together for the last 3 or 4 seasons Romo would force the ball into Dez, double covered or not. Dez would either force his way into a catch or knock the ball down so it wasn't intercepted, the rate of passes from Romo to Dez being intercepted was exceptionally low.

Dak isn't used to that, he is a young QB trained to thrown only when a WR is open. All Jerry is saying is that Dez is an exceptional talent with a different set of rules, which Romo knows and Dak needs to learn.

We finally got a turn2 QB and only ran one screen with Dak the other day. Bryant should get 2-3 screens a game now with Dak. Tony couldn't turn2. He was horrible at it. Between this and just simply putting Bryant in motion and having him come on a quick cross that is 4 receptions right there a game for Dez and more likely than not at least one of those would break open for 20+. Sad isn't it that Garrett and Lin can't put that together. Man I wish we had Whisenhunt or Ariens for Dez because both of those guys are great at designing plays to get to the WRs.

Throwing to Dez in predictable pass plays is a recipe for disaster. Dez could out muscle any corner for a ball but definitely not 2.
