Not surprised. When they start calling pillows deadly weapons, that when we'll see pigs fly.

Methinks Lewis' girl friend might be a bit of a wildcat & he just had to do what he had to do!

Really relieved to hear this good news though. Now he can rejoin the team with no problem.

There must be a mistake...this is considered good news and we don't get that here......the closest thing we get this off season that we can consider good news is when we get our daily fax from penal systems across the country and we don't see any new players names on it.

Well, buckle your seat belt, buckaroo, because I'm about to take you for a ride:
http://www.espn.com/blog/dallas-cow...b-jourdan-lewis-set-to-testify-in-own-defense

He's a Dallas Cowboy. It doesn't matter if he's the second punter clinging to the 90th spot on the roster. Dallas dirt sells...not Dallas feel good stories. Reporting the league's goings-on, even-handily is not in their intere$t. .

You'd know you just posted something from the Cowboys blog, right? Not the same as ESPN front page there kiddo

**BREAKING UPDATE ON ESPN'S FAIR COVERAGE OF JOURDAN LEWIS' DV CASE**

It looks like they finally, and reluctantly, trotted out the feel good story for Cowboy fans: http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...-guilty-pillow-related-domestic-violence-case

It took them over 2 hours after everyone else (even an hour after NFL.com) to finally swallow their biased pride and report it. Do you think it'd take over 2 hours to report if he was found guilty? Psssht....Schefter would've been the first to break it.

:espn: Fake news, everybody.

I read that the girlfriend was upset that he left a light on and wasted a few pennies. This precipitated the argument. Who knows what she would have done if he stood there in front of the fridge trying to decide what to eat while keeping the fridge door open. So, guys, make sure you turn the light off if you don't need it.

Weren't you the one on draft night topping the pick calling him a woman beater? Could have sworn it was you carrying on and on about those of us who didn't immediately condemn him were supporters of domestic violence or something along those lines.

Yeah I think your right about that lol, nice. Abe be trippin.

So you saying it wasn't pimped in the headlines, at any point? BETA.... you and your boy need to heel on all of the white-knighting around here. There's a new sheriff in town and he's not going to put up with it anymore:

Doubt it. I was at a conference that week.

I am glad to hear Lewis was found not guilty. Gooddell and NFL are going to investigate a year to come up with something.

Just glad Jourdan did not try using the pillows on the police officers whom arrived at the scene.
