Get the defense to bite on what they think they see and then shift out of that once they are committed. It's an advantage that offenses rarely take advantage of. The ball can be thrown to a certain spot on the field faster than defenses can move to that certain spot. The trick is to make that place unsuspecting. In order to do this, we have to have ball carriers that can throw a ball and a QB that can catch. RBs that can run good routes and WRs that can run several routes from the same position off the line. That TD pass that Witten threw to Dez is a good example. Being unpredictable is a weapon. Having several plays from the same formation is an art form when there are no tells before the ball is snapped. Giving the QB audibles after the snap is a good idea too. Let him read how the defense is responding so he can act accordingly for the best results. This is something that I believe Kellen Moore is all for when Zeke talks about him listening to what the players are telling him what they see on the field. The trick is making this kind of game plan look polished because if it's not polished it can look very bad.
