Please no! We don’t need a QB with a lot of the same deficiencies as Dak! Neither will ever get us to a SB!

The Ravens should have Tweeted at Lamar he can be traded as soon as he finds someone willing to give up 2 1st RD picks.

Washed as in not good at football?
He's a good football player as long as those legs hold up. But even schemes the last few years have kept him in check and he has played nowhere near his 2019 level He is very much in that Cam Newton camp - he'll never have the accuracy to be a top tier passer, but his legs keep defenses honest that it opens up a lot for him. Once the run becomes less of a threat, you'll see him become like Cam Newton later in his career.

He is washed, he will play for Ravens or not at all unless he makes huge financial concessions on his potential deal.
I was going to bring this up. What team is going to trade for Lamar if they don't want to pay him what he is asking? He's stuck playing for the Ravens.

yeah the 25 yo star qb is "washed"
4 years ago he was MVP. 3 years ago he was very good. The past 2 years he has been average and gotten injured so he has not finished either year. So we have a mobile QB who has gotten injured the past 2 seasons and has gotten worse each year since his MVP. There is a reason no one will offer him a huge guaranteed contract.

Lamar has priced himself out of the NFL. Unless a team gets desperate because they missed a QB during the draft, then he might get what he wants. Otherwise, he ***** up. Smug greediness.

Again. You talk about him more than anyone else.

You sir are the Dak over Dallas fan. Cant rebut stats so you go for the name calling.

Typical. Yet you go whine to the mods when someone calls you names.

Grow up
Brother, saying he can’t rebut stats is a very weak argument, and one you lose. As is usually the case, stats don’t tell the real story. You can spout his stats but we all saw him play in the last San Fran game.

The argument was about Dak Vs Lamar. In the playoffs. The poster I’m talking to always brings up playoff success to measure QBs. Unless it’s anyone but the qb on this team. That was the reason I said that.

It's to the point of avarice. Owners as well.

this is prime example of 1 player..ie QB yet again, holding a team hostage. Im so sick of it. Thats why I been screaming for a hard QB salary cap like we have a rookie salary cap. It must be done. I think its reasonable business-wise to have a cap for say 4 years or the duration of the contract then it can be reviewed at the owners meetings after 4 years to see if they wanna raise the QB cap. A 4 year cap freeze at QB makes sense then a review. It might avoid what we are seeing right now with Lamar and others.

It's funny when you read social media, people always bring up his mvp season FOUR YEARS AGO. He has pretty average since then, teams have caught on to him and it was a fluke season he had
