Dak’s cap hit next year will be in the 35m range next year after they extend and rework him. You are going to be paying some players. Some teams have rookie QBs and pay LBs or CBs or WRs and some teams pay their QB and OL and go young on the WR and CB. It just depends on how the draft falls.

You must think trades happen in a bubble. One guy for two players from two different teams. Was mazi going to split time between San Fran and Nashville.
Nobody is trading for an unproven rookie. You would not even get a seventh round pick
