look at my post three above yours. So you know for fact he was 100% focused on this since September no other NFL related news or stories, he may be corresponding with the "source" since september but I will highly doubt he has spent a ton of resources on story that may or may not have any legs.

Being in journalism and what now has become speculative journalism bad sources and info goes with the territory, look at the UVA rape case, the Duke Lacrosse case.

All true. I hate the media these days, but I also sympathize because it's tough to do real journalism in a world of Twitter, Facebook, blogs, etc.

The consumer is the problem, too, because we're used to getting news all day long in pieces.
