I just find it funny. If Dez Bryant was a Commander, this board would routinely talk about the assault on his own Mother. All that stuff goes ignored when he's wearing the right colors.

If the "source" is a fraud and no video exists, then Dez has libel suits to file everywhere, including against Florio, Shefter, etc.

Schefter and Florio have qualified with "if" and "well known rumor" etc, they would be covered by the first amendment easily. Since Dez is a public figure, there is little to know chance he wins from those 2.

Only way he wins is maybe against the twitter guy if noting emerges. If he gets the tag, he cant prove financial loss.

the argument by Rice and his girlfriend was that they were both drunk and got into an argument and some pushing and shoving went on and when that video from inside the elevator came out, it proved that argument to be completely false....ESPN didn't get that tape in nine month's, are they not the world wide leader in sports, and the bank roll to go with it, if they wanted it, they would have gotten it, but TMZ sports did!!
