Considering Laufenberg's own career, a "great" quarterback is any one that can complete 50% of his passes and win 25% of his games.

the knock on Romo was never the 4th quarter unless you were an uninformed fan of another team or a media member that didn't specifically cover the Cowboys.

The knock on Romo has always been about a handful of plays at a very precise moment in an elimination game for which the season is over if you lose. It's about the play that must be made. it is an obsolete perception because, more recently, the Cowboys have lost in the last moments with our quarterback unable to enter the game because the defense melted.

:laugh:Of course, the original "Deflate-gate". So sad when folks can't just admit Romo screwed up.

Sure, Romo screwed up on special teams, but his QB play was exceptional. The truth is, however, that is never would have come to that had Parcells approached that game with the same philosophy he'd been employing since Romo took over.

Parcells is why they lost it.

Tony Romo was a good QB and sometimes very good...but he was never great. His overall record speaks for it's self. When it comes to Tony, God bless him, there has always been a lot of revisionist history at play.

It's amazing how the "revisionist history" cart hooked itself to Tony's wagon.
