So the 49ers were more competitive than we were in the LATE 90s. Read it twice please.

for 3 years 96-97 and we have been more competitive than them since .....

Weak argument

do you think NE is going 6-10 this year. Wait...I bet you do.

I also did not think the Steelers would fall apart the year after they won a SB ...... did you?

No I do not ....... My question is who won a Superbowl last? Us or the Niners?

No, no, I'm not accusing you of it now, but you have done it to me before to be a smart alec, and that don't work, and I am not looking it up for proof either so don't even ask, it's not because I can't it's just because I don't have time, and I really don't want to.

Answer to your question is the Dallas Cowboys, but that was not the point I was trying to make, I was refering to our decade and 1 year of playoff futility to this point. Happy.

The Niners was better than us for 3 years 96-97 and we have been more competitive than them since .....

I say again ......Weak argument

Mainly because of Bill, we'd be fight with them for the #1 pick every year if Bill would've never came here, which having the #1 pick wouldn't be a bad thing if it weren't for Jerry havin' the final say.

The 49ers look to be headed in the right direction now, I think they have a better shot at winning #6 than we do 2 years from now, and that's very painful for me to say or think about.

NE won't fall apart, trust me on that. The Squeelers were prolly the worst team I have ever seen win a SB and they needed the refs to win it for them too. Weak argument.

Wow ....... I do not even know how to answer this ......

We have been better than them since 98 ...... and that was Bill?

You think the Niners are closer than we are?????? Dude you are hopeless.

Good luck in your football misery .....

If you can't see that Bill made our team better than it was when he got here you are the hopeless one.

I think San Fran has a good young firey coach, I think they're QB is on the rise not there yet, and they have a absolute stud at RB, they still have some missing pieces but I think they are headed there. Their pattern now of going thru miserable season to barely missing the playoffs last year reminds me of the Cowboys of the early years of Jimmy '89-'90, now let's see if the get in the playoffs this year, I bet they do, if they find a good enough replacement for Norv, and don't have key injuries.

Dallas has topped out and is primed for another post Thanksgiving collapse, I've seen it happen to them for too many years now and I expect the same. And I don't see Wade Phillips keeping this team motivated in the tuff part of the season, when the grind starts getting to players.

Never said that ....... but I still find it funny that his best year was with Campo's team ....

What I mean is that they are on the right path to being a good team, we ain't and we are not currently a good team, we are currently a medeocre team. A team that backs into the playoffs and get in because someone else loses is not a good team, no matter what your illusion tells you.

Before the Saints game the "experts" were saying we were the best team in the NFC .....

Parcells could not keep his team motivated and could not adjust to what the Saints showed the league as our weaknesses ......

You keep on with your negative cowboys crap ...... but dont jump back on the bandwagon ......

Well he actually came in and had a decent draft, got Newman and Witten, who both contributed in key positions that year, and he added some vet leadership with R. Anderson and others who helped that year, so it wasn't all Campo's team. Not to mention the better coaching, stronger dicipline. And I don't know how he got what he got from Carter that year before Quincy got in to drug touble, but even he fell apart in the last 5 or 6 games of the year.

These so called "experts" are a bunch of talkin' hair dos.

I AM DEFINITION OF A BANDWAGON FAN, you say it as if it's a bad thing.:D Look I ain't off the bandwagon or else I wouldn't waste my time on here talking to folks like you who call me and other names or refer to me as an idiot, you think I'd do this if I didn't care about the Cowboys.

He had 2 new starters ....... Switzer had more changes than that yet you give Jimmy all the credit ....

Hypocritical

Where's the rest, you do get that that line was a joke don't you. Oh well who cares anyway, this is all for naught, just a waste of time. You're optimistic and I'm pessimistic about this subject, but who really cares, it ain't like we can change a darn thing about anything arguing over it.

Hey you guys...your room is ready
