He had what looked to be good pass blocking in front of him with Steele. Looked right, then looked left and Hutch was on him.
If you want to put that on Dak....i'm not surprised.
Only qb in the league who gets blamed for 2 second sacks.
3 seconds.
He was "looking right" literally right at the defender AS he had beaten the blocker. Instead of recognizing what was about to happen and spinning out to the openings he had on both sides, OR at least throwing the ball at the feet of the receiver crossing near the LOS, or the TE right in front of him, he froze up and gave up.
He had legitimate options to attempt to avoid the sack but he either was way to slow on processing what was going on around him, or he just gave up the play.
He literally fell down on his own. AKA quit on the play.
