I think they just need to focus on what they do best - strong running game, play action. Forget about the gadgets and trick plays. Those tend to blow up in our faces.

This!! Romo said it as well towards the end of the game. Bootlegs, play action, Run the Ball. These are basic and safe blocking, running and throwing plays that eliminate costly mistakes. Simple misdirection, crossing routes and no WR screens or reverses.

This was not a bad Dak game, It was pretty poor by the offense on the 3rd down plays that cost us sustained drives. They seemed to have a letdown thinking they did not have to makeup for Rush's shortcomings

For this current Cowboys team, for now, this is the best game for Dak. Against the absolute worst defense.

As long as the team can keep playing defense like this and run the ball well it works. But there will be times a little more is needed, which is what we saw in the Philly game.

Let me ask you a question please. You go against the Eagles. And you go for it and throw it down on your own side of the field. But yesterday we’re inside the three online and we kick a field goal. I say we kick the field goal because we need to points on the board and we knew we were going to come back and get more. Where as in the Eagles game it was take the points or never get them

It was one sack that came as a surprise to Dak. He didn't see Hutch until he spun around the RT. He was looking for a play further down the field, not a dump to the RB.

You guys complain when he dumps it quick and complain when he doesn't. Make up your minds.

Dak overcame a 1st and 20 and converted several 3rd down plays with the pass. He had a couple bad passes in the first half, one of which should’ve been a pick, but he kept getting better. Should’ve had another TD drive but Brown fumbled on the 4.

They should’ve gone for seven instead of three when we were inside the three. We left 14 points on the field yesterday
