He’s been fairly effective though he has had too many penalties. It wouldn’t shock me if he returnsI wonder if they Clowney returns?

It’s a core muscle injury. Some type of hernia. Those abdominal surgeries are no joke for athletes. If he has off season surgery then be a perfect one year prove it signing. At his age I wouldn’t want a long deal anyway. One year deals bring out the best in players
My bad for some reason thought he was a free agent - just saw his contract - 21 mil next year - ouch - that’s about 65 mil for the 3 DTs.Clark is under contract for 20m already
Pickens will cost over $30m. Maybe over $35
We won’t know what we can do until after we restructure Dak and CeeDee for starters with a couple more likely
Today no second, but I fully expect Jerry too trade back with one, maybe both picks.
Reese is a top 5 pick. If you wanted him. You needed to root for the cowboys to lose. That boat has sailedArvelle Reese would please me......and pretty much the fans of all teams
Pretty sure the Ravens will release Roquan Smith after this season ( cap issue ). Not sure if he's better than Wilson but he was drafted by Eberflus. Is that any better than Logan Wilson?
If Revel can hold down the starting corner spot, all we need is some depth at the position. Let’s hope they actually use fa to at least cover those other positions so we can take the best player availableWe need four new defenders next year and have limited picks.

ummm...I am sure he is quite a bit better...Pretty sure the Ravens will release Roquan Smith after this season ( cap issue ). Not sure if he's better than Wilson but he was drafted by Eberflus.
Most people don't count Jerry's money, you have a major fallacy working!!!!I dont count Jerry's money like most fans on here but that 6 million price tag tells me no thanks. I need sideline to sideline type of backer to compliment Overshown
We're already 60 mil or so over the cap going into 26. We're going to have to do some major renegotiating just to keep Pickens, and hopefully Clark. Also creating room to sign a top FA does not appear to be doable. This is what I don't want to see us do, create unnecessary holes that we have to fill. Because A) we will fill it with cheaper more questionable players or B) we will wedge ourselves into having to use a draft pick on a specific position. Keep what we've got and upgrade through the draft. If players are free agents and leave for greener pastures, then and only then use our method of FA to fill the spot and look to upgrade in the draft.
This front office has shown that it is not going to pay a premium for FAs so anyone expecting that is fooling themselves for the umpteenth time.
Yeah, I was wondering about that. He's had several injuries, might simply be done at 30.I’m not sure he’ll even be on the team.
If he’s our starter then we haven’t done what we need to address the middle of the defense.
There’s a reason why he was so cheap he was almost free.
We can get under with a few simple restructures. Dak will be one of them because his base salary is $40 million. He has a bunch of void years on the back end of his contract that we will push most of that into. Lamb's base is $25 million, so essentially those two restructures cover the $60 million. Anything else would create space. So I don't know if that's what you mean by "major renegotiating." Those restructures are built in and can be triggered by the team exactly for this purpose. We're already 60 mil or so over the cap going into 26. We're going to have to do some major renegotiating just to keep Pickens, and hopefully Clark. Also creating room to sign a top FA does not appear to be doable.
This is where Cowboy fans continue to have a disconnect with the team. They think if we release Wilson with his $6 price tag that we will replace him with a better FA. What we will replace him with is a cheaper FA.ummm...I am sure he is quite a bit better...
but we aren't paying him
I don't even know he played baseball. 30 is kind of old to just get started in the MLB.He will be 30 before the start of the 2026 season.
- Speed is a question mark at this point.
- Salary for 2026 is 6M.
Other options:
Quay Walker not tendered 5th year option by GB because they don't want to pay him 14M per.
- He has missed the past 2 games with a injury issue "stinger".
- Age 25
Quincy Williams will be 30 before next season.

Either way man I'm sticking to my comments Look I don't know what they're gonna do with the cap and how they're gonna figure out this all season I try to live in the now my man I I'm just enjoying football right now my Longhorns just beat the Aggies I mean we're on a three game win streak Both by teams have a shot at the playoffs I mean I'm feeling good I don't really give a **** seriously like about the draft or the offseason or how this is gonna look next year I know it should look better the year than it did this year.Quincy the LB will be 30, not Quinnen the DT...
