Many aren't going to like this, but I'd haul Dak in and tell him this

“it’s the teams fault “

“defense folded “

“ran into a better team”

“ dak is still a top 10 qb”

these are the replies you will get … so get ready
That and the typical 'hater', 'troll', 'go follow another team' comments. The fact is those that are emotionally invested in Dak will defend him no matter what the obvious shows.

There are still people out there who think that you can win with this bum.

How much more of the crap he does do you need to watch to finally accept ?

Just because its not easy to find a good QB you dont stick with a bad one and sacrifice all the talent you gathered around him.
Dallas always stick with things too long. JG for example. So many careers have been wasted in Big D.

DRAFT A ACCURATE QB. Doesn't need a cannon, just accuracy.
Dak can sit or take less money in a trade. By the time the rook is ready for a vet contract you can cut bait with Dak.
I don't want the interception machine on the field again. Believe me the players have had enough too.
Lmao! The players have had enough? Are you in the locker room? Nope. I guarantee you it's the opposite the players are thinking.

Quitters attitude. Just destroy this team and waste the next 2 years just to appease your hate of Dak, eh?
Dak, Zeke, Gallup, and DLaw (among the main ones) all need to go and this team needs a rebuild. The supposed 'nucleus' of this team (the players I have listed) have failed this organization and while Jerry will never have the stones to do it, this team will not succeed with those players as the 'leaders'.

You said our defense folded the second half in another thread …. you can’t really believe this AC. I know you are smarter than this based on a majority of your football knowledge posts.

The problem is their contracts and the limits affecting this team due to their contracts.

Jerry won't do anything with Dak but a smart organization starts planning his replacement now.

His contract was signed with the idea of an extension after this season For cap flexibility. Don’t do it. Maybe a trade?

First off read Parsons tweet.
Second If you've ever played on a team with a interception machine as a QB it's only a matter of time. Time is up.
Have you watched Dak?
Are you related?

While I agree, a line in the sand needs to be drawn: do not restructure Dak for 2023 and instead put Dak on notice that if he plays poorly in 2023 he is gone after the season (if he refuses to remove his no trade clause then release him and bite the bullet); trade/release Gallup and DLaw after the 2023 season; trade/release Zeke before the draft this year.

Financially Dallas takes hits but enough is enough with these guys.

Dak has a no-trade clause in his contract so Dak would have to approve reworking his contract and accept a trade. If he refuses, then you make him ride the bench all of 2023 and release him in 2024.....while not the greatest business move it sure sends a message to Dak and his future.

Why should he take a discount? Lead his team to another 12 win season running the #1 offense football. Dropped 300 yards and 5 TD's in a playoff win last week and lost to the better team and #1 defense this week.

We would have plenty of money if we werent wasting 18 million on a turd like Zeke.
Zeke is so bad Helen Keller can see it

Dak has been in Dallas for 7 years now; he has hit his plateau already…nothing to look forward to with Dak except entropy and decay.
He requires a strong supporting cast to be successful and Dallas lacks dynamic playmakers on the outside (I consider Lamb more of an inside/slot guy) and at TE. Also needs an OC who tailors the gameplan to what Dak does well…think he is better on the move than in the pocket.

Yes, I should have clarified. Dan Quinn folded like a cheap suit. All season long (including last year), if you paid close attention during big runs committed against our D, Dan Quinn schemed our D-line to stunt away from the opposing run plays that went for big gains. Dan Quinn's stunts absolutely have hurt this Defense against the run. Plus, his refusal to keep our DBs close to the line of scrimmage and bump opposing receivers/TEs at the line of scrimmage also killed us all season long. Over and over, Dan Quinn had our DBs lined up 8+ yards from the line of scrimmage, thus allowing opposing receivers & TEs to run "free will" and get open for big gain catches. There is more I am displeased about Dan Quinn, but you get my drift. The coaching staff and our Coordinators on both sides playcalling decisions hurt this team. Heck, every week post-game, Kurt Warner would create film breakdowns questioning the routes and plays called. It was that bad.

Better double check Micah's comments after the game last night.
he all but laid this loss solely at Dak's feet. It was subtle, but it was apparent.
Post it here then.

Plus, if Micah truly insinuated as much, he should look in the mirror. Where was he against the 49ers? Where was "the lion"??? I didn't see him. Did you?

2-4 career in playoffs.....17 INT's in 14 games played this season.....2 costly INT's last night vs. SF which cost Dallas the game......yeah, keep polishing that turd.

He was moved off the line to try and give us more speed across the field. the lion is a BIG reason why mcCaffrey and Deebo didn't get off the chain.

When Parsons was sent on a blitz or off the edge.. he created two almost interceptions and created a sack.

He had a fine game. Far better than our QB.

Agreed 100%.

I would go a bit further. I would ask Dak, Zeke, D-Law and the rest of the overpaid players to take a paycut if they truly want to help the team get better. If they refuse, you know what you need to do with those players a year from now.
