Jimmy Johnson only drafted quick DTs.
People don’t know the difference between speed. And quickness. I mean after all, how long was Tom Brady in the league you think they would know by now

Since when , speed is a pace you move in a particular direction. Quickness is a change of body position how fast you can move your feet. Have you ever gone to a gym

The fact that you don't think quickness and speed are things that can help a DT is troubling. The pass rush upside and athleticism is definitely something that was talked about as a reason why he was drafted.

Technique is an issue for him right now. He is very raw. He needs to be coached up and getting off the ball quicker and getting into the Oline first will help him. Right now he appears to be a little too reactionary.

Its one preseason game, but its clear they wanted to get him as much PT as possible. He played well into the 3rd quarter.

My point was Jimmy Johnson drafted quick AND speedy DTs.

Except for the guy with the flat feet. He did not have speed. He had excellent quickness. I forgot his name. I think it might’ve been Chad.

Chad Hennings was fast. He would've been a 1st round draft pick if he didn't play college for the Air Force.

I was definitely a fan of Hennings. But he did have flat feet. Had unusual quickness. if I remember correctly. He was almost too big to fly.

This was the big issue that I saw in his first preseason game. Once the ball was snapped he was one of the last to move on our line. At times it looked like he was just waiting for the double team so he could take them on. If he is going to have any success rushing the passer or collapsing the pocket they will need to teach him quicker technique or ques getting off the ball quicker. He is going to have to do more than just take on the double team and not give up ground. And its not like he was NOT giving up ground at times either. He definitely isn't quick enough to chase down QB's.
Gallimore and Trysten Hill are/were uber quick off the snap (in a straight line).

Unfortunately, neither is/was good at actually playing football...

making things up again. I simply said they did not sign him for speed. Everyone and their brother knows it was because of his strength. Except you I guess.
It was everything genius. Look it up if you dont get it. Educate yourself.

What was everything? his strength. I just told you that, so what am I supposed to look up?
Strength, athleticism, potential pass rush, all of it.

he wasnt drafted for his slowness. Lol

read up on him if you dont understand.

Then, why are you complaining about it.
He cant be that slow off the ball if he’s going to be worthy of the pick. He has to be a disrupter. Are you stoned again?

are you going to cry every time someone makes an observation you dont like?

I don’t feel like playing with words today. but let’s use the word clog. Is there a clog up the middle so the defensive ends can get there. And he can stop the run. I’m positive he has all the quickness he needs if he had to get to the quarterback.
I don't understand what you're referring to when asserting the "playing w/ words" thing. Speed and quickness are two entirely different skillsets.
