I heard Babe on the fan yesterday pointing out mccarthy has only won 5 out of his last 18 games as a head coach.
4 out of the 5 teams with new Head Coaches have losing records. Keep in mind, it's very early to be hitting the panic button. Thread after thread about how the sky is falling.
It's very reasonable to suggest we have more obstacles than most teams.
To me, it all hinges on the defense. It's what has failed us so far.
big Mike wanted to hire his old buddies to be coaches.
This thing is going down fast.
green koolaid and blue don’t mix.
When hired, McCarthy was also supposed to have a normal offseason (rookie camp, OTAs, mini camps, full training camp and 4 preseason games).
By and large, those teams with coaching/offense/QB and defensive-scheme continuity are currently doing better than those which have made significant changes in 2020.
Injuries compound the above.
Yup, 'ol "No adjustments" Garrett.Yup, he'd have stood there clapping and not done a thing. Remember 2017 against the Falcons?
Yep
13 more games to improve upon. But I’d agree after 3 games very disappointing.
Yup Yup Yup. They were still making excuses after ten years of FAIL.I love how the Garrett nut huggers are declaring Big Mike a failure after 3 games yet their boy, who was here a dam decade, never won jack chit.
I understand but it’s all the evidence we have at this time. The analysis is subject to change on upcoming results.
Correct. And everything that has happened to sports in 2020 since Jan was not yet on the horizon when MM was hired.he’s been the HC since January.
There was plenty of criticism for Garrett. You're more critical of MM in 3 weeks than you were of Garrett after 10 years, and Garrett stunk.
It’s the only sample size we have. And it’s subject to change as the season develops and new results come in.Correct. And everything that has happened to sports in 2020 since Jan was not yet on the horizon when MM was hired.
Considering the NFL world today, perhaps 3 games is a somewhat small sample size?
