I guess you didn't read the entire post LOL when they stopped pressuring him up the middle that's when he scored his points. When they pressured him they shut him down again. Yeah three Hail Marys LMAO
3 hail marys?

The Patriots gave up 31 2nd half points. Blueprint fail.

Middle pressure kills all QBs. That's not a blueprint, that's football 101.
I can't wait to see Patrick Mahomes this season. He reminds me of Brett Favre. I want to see the Gunslinger gets slammed

Goff SURE was elite in the SB!

The irony of the "What's a team" brigade propping up Dak, who hasn't been on a team in the Superbowl, for the team success, then at the same time trying to tear another player down for what they did in the Superbowl.

I criticize Prescott as much as anybody else if I want to criticize Jared Goff I will do so. I don't care what game it's in

Yes Hail Marys 50 yard pass completions. Missed to hit three. He put the ball up for grabs three times. Those are Hail Marys

There were no hail marys in that game (I recently rewatched). He threw the ball deep to Hill a few times (and was off on a couple), that doesn't make them balls thrown up for grabs and hail marys.

I think you mean, what he didn't do in the Super Bowl. Even Tom Brady was horrible. I think Prescott was the best playoff quarterback last season. Even Drew Brees. Play horrible

What you think a Hail Mary is just the last pass trying to score to win the game. You can put up Hail Marys the entire game. That's throwing the ball as high as far as you can and hope you receive it fast enough to get there. Yeah that took a lot of skill

Are you part of the "What's a team" brigade?

It's completely fair to criticize performance. That's what should be done. I was pointing out the hypocrisy of those who heap praise on to Dak for team accomplishments, but then criticize others who are on teams with greater accomplishments.

Throw the receiver open. The dumbest thing I've ever heard anybody say. That's a Hail Mary to me also. Throw the receiver open LMAO

Intentionally throwing a deep pass to an open receiver does not make it a hail mary.

Why do the Dak obsessors not understand the team game? It's almost universal (there are a few exceptions I am aware of).

By and large they hold to the idiotic notion of QBs winning and not teams.
Name calling aside, this is truth and is not confined to cowboyszone. The misconception is repeated by too many followers and at every level of the sport. Too much idolization is directed at the most glamorous position but glamour alone does not equal success.

There are umpteen number of examples out there anyone could pluck out of the history of football but one example always comes to my mind about the inappropriate amount of credit assigned to quarterback over other teammates efforts: Super Bowl XLIX. With the championship on the line, Malcolm Butler stepped up and made one of the biggest defensive stops in NFL history.

Butler did get his 15 seconds of fame but he and it faded into the obscurity of too many sports fans minds. What typically happens happened: Tom Brady got 'all' the credit. Again.

The reverse can also be said of quarterbacks receiving a misplaced degree of blame. In short, tunnel vision is one of the most maddening element plaguing sports-related discussion.

A lot of Dak slobberers are having a good old time criticizing a couple of young QBs first start against perhaps the greatest defensive mind of all time. Well guess who gets their first crack this year? When that game is over Dak slobberers might be hiding under a rock so big, you may never find them.

Good point my cowboy brother. I've been a fan of the Dallas Cowboys from day one. In the military all you could get was the Cowboys overseas. How could you not love the star and what it represents I've seen 15 different quarterbacks, starting quarterbacks after Troy Aikman left. I know what it means to find Prescott so early. I suffered through Randall Cunningham being a cowboy starter LOL

What you think I have to give Carson Wentz or Jared Goff or anybody else respect. When I criticize my own quarterback. Yes I trust in Prescott. It don't expect me to give an Eagles quarterback any respect when it hasn't been earned. Slobber that

Ladanian Thomplinson was the epitome of this sentiment. Several years ago (2012-2014 somewhere), on NFL Network, they were doing a segment on which teams were legit contenders in the playoffs. When discussing Dallas, he said they weren't, because "in the playoffs, it's all about the QB." Then immediately after that, he also said the Patriots were not legitimate, but this time he said it was because Brady just didn't have the team around him that year.

I know what I wrote, which is why I asked because he clearly doesn't deserve respect at this point as he hasn't done anything to earn it.
To earn what questioned respect exactly? There my fellow forum member, codenamed: Brax, what?,,,his self evident & past proven right to man the D.C Q.B.'s helm? or is it of a smaller orbital concern, like, say maybe,in the astronomical nature of an exorbitantly questionable earned/unearned upcoming pay day? Regardless of the incessant bemoaning of personally held viewed opinions, it's all only wasted time& exerted energy, as 'we' the amassed legions of fandom ,are of insignificant franchise concerns in their conducting of their franchise bizness, if the long term lock-up of intrinsically key elements are secured in an non-hamstring future fashion?, well, I'm all for it getting done( and that includes keeping the #21 happy, to be honestly truthful about it,I mean like, with the past conditioning of one& done prior post season appearances, nothing should be so adamantly displayed as to be "soul crushing",,, although, this is just my opined overall view of it,Bro!
