The other just recently said let's make more millions and score more touchdowns.

These arent ringing endorsements imo on being accountable towards overall team success.

Micah does not know how to express himself all that well, and he doesnt prepare what he is going to say like he should.
He just ad-lib's in the moment.
But he sees what is lacking and what is needed, but sadly no one with the cowboys can implement this, as jerry, his HC and the other players
Dont know how to implement what he says is lacking.
But he does see that they are lacking what other teams that do win SB's have.

Had they hired BB cowboys would have had a chance at a SB with the current roster, but jerry wanted to stay with MM,so all that is
out the window, and the window will close on this roster before guys like micah can do anything about the culture.

they dont have a true leader, that is what Jimmy was,the culture and player training and motivation all was drilled in their heads by jimmy.
Jimmy didnt call plays, he helped with defense, but mainly he was the leader and he used his psychology skills to motivate players, and his speeches .
Jimmy can give great speeches, the current cowboys dont have anyone to do that .

So it winds up just a bunch of individuals, not a team dedicated and motivated to win win win.

Micah is starting to see this, but just cant express it in a good way, he needs to prepare what he wants to say , read it and modify it then say it,
but again no one around him to tell him this.

We need coaches who are going to drill them HARD 24/7 and make them physically and mentally superior to their opponents. That is what is lacking. These Cowboys have natural talent but no physical and mental training to force their will on opponents.

Where's the talent?

We all want a coach like Jimmy, but would that kind of coach be successful in these days of football, he could just tell you you're done etc etc, there's so much money tied up in these players contracts

Thats the catch-22. You might be right, maybe that coach will have a hard time winning with this generation of player, BUT I think only a tough nosed coach could win in Dallas as they need to be tough enough and require a team to be disciplined in spite of Jerry walking around blowing smoke up the players backside and making the environment as soft and cuddly as possible. Its not a great situation. Only hope is to draft perfect, self motivated players that can overcome Jerry AND the soft cuddly coach. Good luck with that.

Pretty much everything you said is either misguided or just wrong.

What world do you think we live in where people in their early 20s don’t engage with social media? Especially if they are a public figure. It’s part of their career. You might not like it, but that type of branding and marketing is part of modern society for many careers.

As to Jimmy cutting either one of these guys, don’t be ridiculous. Jimmy coached some of the most off the rails, out of control, narcissistic, drug addicted dudes in the league and didn’t bat an eye.

And you want guys cut because they have a podcast.

Would love to know what Parsons is like as far as preparing for the week. Starting to feel like there is zero effort going into studying film and game planning for your opponents. That is fine if you are a god tier physical specimen like Parsons. He can show up on Sunday and just attack. For the most part that will be good enough. One problem is that as you start to wear down and as you start to play tougher competition this is no longer enough. The larger problem is that the rest of your team is not as physically gifted as you but now they have seen that preparation is not required. The "stars" set the tone. The guys that really need to get every edge they can are not because it is not expected. No one is backing up the coaches demanding all possible efforts be made.
