Micah to Dez: You could have changed the culture!

People here hate fisher, and that’s your prerogative, but he’s spot on. Dallas is a marketing organization that plays football on the side, and the way it’s run and the product on the field 100% backs it up.

Culture is just an excuse! Before we can talk about culture being an issue we need to infuse this team with talent. We have a talent problem in Dallas and until that is fixed nothing matters!
you make a great factual point. Every year the talent on this team is puffed up, inflated by the local media, the team and the national media, when frankly, we aren't that good. We have like 2 guys that are really good but lack elite talent and too few of those dawgs you need. We have several problems.

Can't stand him but yeah, he nailed it when he said that. I agree on this. The issue many have with reporters like Fish is, he doesn't rip the band aid off and ask Jerry these hard questions, and when he does he tip toes. The feckless watercarriers in Dallas that we call the media, need to start doing their jobs.

Micah thinks Dez was a yes man like Witten.

Dez tried to change the culture but players like Witten did whatever the company told them to do.
LOL, you think ranting and raving on the sidelines is ‘changing the culture’

Being reactionary never changes the culture.

In my opinion we have 3 players that are elite (Lamb, Parsons, Smith) not counting KR and K. The problem besides very few others the rest of the roster is way below average. Go by position group RB worst in the league, WR Lamb and ?, TE regressed, OL, Smith and Beebe then ???. Defense- DTs worst in the league, DEs Parsons and hopefully but not definitely Kneeland. LBs worst in league as of now. Secondary- average safeties and one healthy CB. Facts - we have drafted average, the Jones have been terrible at identifying and locking up the right players and long term injuries have and will affect this team moving forward.

I had to double back because you really said I could have changed the culture and emphasized that, as if you don't know…I was never on the yes-man political ***-kissing s**t. I sacrificed myself so a lot of you could do what you do. I'm on some **** that's way deeper than football. You are really too young to understand. You'll realize soon you need more people like me who don't give a **** for the better of the athletes.

The way I talked to Jerry vs the way you talk to Jerry is totally different..

Let it sink

Dez ain't lyin.....

He's just one of many bodies sacrificed on the altar of Jerry and Dak

last i checked dez was drafted 6 years before dak, but somehow his career is daks fault? his career was basically over before dak ever stepped foot in the league....but carry on...the blame lies at the feet of the joneses and no one else.

Can’t believe I am saying this but Dez is right. Micah is our village idiot at the moment.

Oh great  It gets worse....Why -Micah-why?????? Man...We need a Jimmy or Parcells in here ASAP!!!! Instead of the Village 'idiot" GM...running the show...

From 2012-2014 Dez averaged about 90 catches, about 1300 yards and about 14 to a year

By 2016 he was on his way to being run out of town because he "couldn't get open".

Same mentality about numerous coaches and players who had all produced here or elsewhere but were cast away because for some mysterious reason.

We still see it today. Quinn, run out of town on a rail, one game away from the show with a 4 win team. Kellen Moore, whose "Terrible scheme" set Dak up for failure, but all of a sudden has Jalen Hurts knocking on the door of the NFC title game.

People were bagging on Cee Dee early this season. He was trending to be the latest scapegoat for the pro Dak crowd. Lamb was "pouty" and a "diva" and "overrated", right up Until Dak got hurt and Lamb just kept on producing with Rush, with one arm no less.

If you want to say Jerry is a sizeable issue you'll get no argument from me.

But if you want to say it begins and ends with Jerry, no sir.

The most important position on the field has been occupied by a bum since 2016. Good players, and coaches (Dez included) have been kicked to the curb over and over, all in the name making the offense "Dak friendly" (remember that phrase)?

What's it gotten us? Maybe it's time to focus a little more on the guy who handles the ball on every single snap, rather than on everyone else around him.
