what's funny is if Parcells posted on here he would be lambasted everyday and he is the freakin coach of the team that the naysayers on here are following! In my book that is hilarious...

he would tell you that al singleton was too small for the 3-4....thats why he brought in fugita....you would say well then why did you play him there to begin with? he would say that you cant change everything overnight!

he would tell you that dat was too small and had to hide in the 3-4...you naysayers would argue back like Dat is your God that you bown down to everynight in worship!

he would tell you romo is going to be a starting qb one day...you would argue that

he would tell you that shanle is better than dat against the run.....you would argue

he would tell you that bigger is better when it comes to football...as long as they are fast as well.....you would argue

HOW DO I KNOW ALL OF THAT? BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD HIM SAY IT IN PRESS CONFERENCES....GET ONBOARD OR RIDE ON BECAUSE YOU ARE WAY WAY OFF FROM WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING....ALIGN YOURSELF WITH PARCELLS BUT IF YOU DONT, DONT PUT WORDS IN HIS MOUTH LIKE HE IS SAYING SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT HE IS SAYING...JUST SAY YOU ARE WRONG AND MOVE ON...

He didnt say that stuff in his PC's lol

I agree - listen to Parcells - all these moves were predictable and happened.

And at the end of the day we are a vastly better team than we were. You'd think the naysayers would be tired of the constant bleeding...

First you were saying Ware was a 2nd rounder, then maybe at #20, Way to risky for #11 and then stated you had him listed a distant 3rd behind Merrimn and Pollack

Not rue - Pollack was a different cat than Merriman/Ware.

I posted my top 300 list? Did you have sack to go on record? Huh?

I posted Beware and was very high on the Htbrid Ware after Senior bowl. I studied all the ESPN and NFL film of practices and deemed him 1st round worthy. Great player but small school raised a tad bit of concern.

Merriman has more sacks than Ware in less games - Hardly wrong on that evaluation if thats what you are insinuating. Possible both are good?

Players I were very high on this board, I also was very pro Spears and went as far to compare him to Seymour....

Thomas Davis
Heath Miller
Odell Thurman
Petitti - many laughed at me when he was 370 and a poor Senior Bowl, Combine......

Don't try and spin now, you stated in a post that there is "no way we take ware at #11". But thats not the issue, I only brought it up because you seem to be obsessed with those of us who backed henson over romo in preseason. Well, newsflash, you are wrong way too many times to obsess over other posters' mistakes.

Oh, and two of merrimans sacks have been when he went unblocked. I doubt you see ware without a blocker committed to him all year.

Ware/Merriman

I leaned Merriman and thought Ware was a reach at #11. Thought we could get him at #20 or second. Small school kid moving positions. If SD or Dallas didn't grab him he'd have fallen maybe far.....

Merriman has more sacks than Ware in less games - jury still out on better player. Maybe both will be great.

Boy Nors I don't agree with this at all... I don't think Ware would have fallen far. Not at all. Ourlads had him rated #13th or #14 overall. He was a decent choice.

Not true? you think i would have posted it without advance searching it first?

We draft Ware at #11 I think its a tremendous reach

I'm on record - love both Merriman and Pollack

This #11 talk is nonsense

Ware. Merriman, Spears is the rage. Ala S Jackson and K Jones exactly a year ago.

We can trade out of #11 and still get one of them.

Target is Pollack in trade down? He's getting no love and this Ware now a top 5 is getting outrageous.

I posted my top 300 list? Did you have sack to go on record? Huh?

I saw a 200 and a 153 and in both you had Ware in the 39-45 range Pollack top 15 above even Merriman.

What kind of "sack" does it take to post a list of names? lol

I posted Beware and was very high on the Htbrid Ware after Senior bowl. I studied all the ESPN and NFL film of practices and deemed him 1st round worthy. Great player but small school raised a tad bit of concern.

Deemed him first round yet alway said he wasnt worth the pick, and listed him on your "list in the 39-45 range ok....

You were high on Ware just not as high as like 45 other guys

Never said Merriman wasn't good. It should be noted though that Merriman was coming in for some pass rush plays only some of which he got sacks untouched because of the play design. When he started and hd to play as an all around LB he got burned

San Diego stated they would have taken him if we took merriman, I believe the texans were interested as well

ABQ in Roswell:
What do you think about Dontrell Moore in the draft?

Could be steal of draft and will slip to knee injury. Kids a stud.

Seriosuly though, what use would we have for him?

This is it all out there - also factor in Merriman was only 20......
And has more sacks than Ware in less games. Maybe both are good. Ware doesn't get drafted by Chargers he free falls.....

I had Ware rated around #30 on my board, If that makes me bad so be it.

I can show you a dozen posts from YOU that say different than you say in that thread

Had Ware at 30? on which board?

#44 here http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16328&highlight=pollack+ware

less than a month later #74 here http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17798&highlight=pollack+ware

a week later back to #40 http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=18236&highlight=pollack+ware

#40 again http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20108&highlight=pollack+ware

#39 http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22142&highlight=pollack+ware

Hell you didn't even think Ware could be an everydown starter

Nors said:
Parcells is usually risk averse when drafting. I think Ware is a huge reach and risk at #11. IS NOT AN EVERYDOWN GIVEN STARTER!
At best a 4-3 Situational pass rusher and he's never played up at OLB and ne 3-4 experience.

Ware love

Dontrell Moore is a 2nd round back that might fall to day 2 based on knee injury. He's push the crap out of TT and MB3 for roster spot. May be a future star in the NFL.

LMAO thanks for pointing out your inconsistency

Ware can play 4-3 DE, 3-4 olb.......

Merriman has and can do both. Is bigger, stronger, more experienced at ACC level competition. Spears is also Pro coached in a 3-4. I just can't see us taking Ware at #11.

There is too much "if" next to Ware at #11....

SO tell us Nors did Ware lose his ability in the month between these posts or were you playing both sides as you usually do so you could try and claim to be right later?
