Another near-sighted post about who should go and who should stay. The Cowboys clinched a playoff spot yesterday to make to the playoffs for three years in a row, something we haven’t done since the 90’s. But yeah, ‘fire the coach’

One more win and we’re locked into nothing less than the #5 seed. If the Eagles win tonight, I hope MM goes into load management mode after securing that aforementioned win.

Oh, and the ‘we all know’ comment is nonsense. I don’t know we can’t win a SB with MM. in fact, I’m sure we can, so speak for yourself.

It will never cease to amaze me how fans react to games, both wins and losses. Yeah, we may not win our division, but it will be because we have another top team in the league in the East, not because MM is a hack.

The Cowboys are a very talented team that plays better in certain conditions and is unbeatable at home. Oh look, Chicken Little Supreme makes an appearance. The Cowboys are 10-4 and already have their playoff invitation confirmed with 3 games left in the regular season. The only pattern I've seen is how predictable and lame you panicked chickens are when everything doesn't go your way. 3 years ago and that playoff loss to SF MM preached that they will address the penalties, 3 years later they still lead the league in penalties. Last playoff loss he talked about playing with urgency on the road, they are now 3-4 with 3 losses by 20 plus points. Today he talks about this gap on the road as if we and more importantly players will now listen when it’s 3 years of the same mistakes. Sure MM’s teams beat bad teams by 30. If the plan is to win a SB we all know it won’t happen with this coach and certainly not this year with having to win 3 straight on the road to get there. If JJ is content with losing in the second round then keep the status quo.

This loss had nothing to do with coaching. The Bills and the 49ers are both bigger, stronger, and more physical than our team. That’s not about coaching. When a team outschemes you, that’s coaching. Their OL was better than our DL and their DL was better than our OL. Couple that with a great RB performance and a secondary that covered like glue, and you get these results. Not many teams can play that game against us because few teams in today’s NFL have the desire to go huge and physical, but it fits the playing conditions in Buffalo.

If Miami beats us, it won’t look the same because they may be the least physical team in the NFL. They win with speed.

MM isn't the issue. DQ might be a problem. I think sometimes his arrogance gets the better of him and then the fundamentals get overlooked when getting ready for a game. We seem clueless and unprepared. We are totally uninterested in tackling one on one.

Did you see some of the short yardage play calls yesterday? They were horrific!!!

JJ is not going to fire MM. If he does, it would be like JJ admitting that he made a mistake in hiring MM in the first place.

So what...nobody ever mentions this, but he never had a post firing press conference after canning The Clapping Carrot....there were never any questions in a formal setting where he had to answer for his 9+ year mistake...it was all very slick the way he let time pass after seasons end without making any comment....The Clapping Carrot's firing was just pretty much assumed with nothing being said formally. He needs to get rid of Corky before it gets to the point where he feels there is no return. After we lose to Tampa Bay, Corky needs to be gone....we were promised 2+ years ago that there needed to be post season success....why isn't Booger EVER pressed on this? He *&%#*^@ said it himself!!!

Nice try, but the boys didn’t show up, they were punched in the mouth and quit, you bet it’s coaching not to have their team ready to play. The effort sucked, the play calling sucked..coaching

Cowboys came into the game missing run help, but the biggest thing was the dumb penalties, MM neglecting to challenge that turnover, and some of the play call. The D also have major issues stopping the run.

If you think a change in coaching is what's wrong with the Cowboys, then I don't know what to tell you. Why change coaches when the one hiring the coach is not going to change. That being said, I think McCarthy is a good coach who has the Cowboys in a good place.

He doesn’t seem to instill discipline or a tough mentality. It’s also the players for not self motivating enough all around, not many alpha dogs on the roster personality wise. Yeah our record always ends up good, but we seem too soft to be the hard nosed teams.
