Nitpicking at its greatest. Image just supports my claim.

Which one? The one where you ignorantly insinuated that anyone who didn't think the way you did was "old"? Definitely.

Let's be real here also. You want to complain about a celebration thinking he needs to grow up. So be it but IMO that's just not understanding the youth that is today. Same goes for MO who everyone was so down about. Really? Let the guy own up to his misfortunes as well as his gains. Confidence that is helping them win.

What is "understanding the youth today" then? Making a big deal out of doing your job? Celebrating the simplest of accomplishments like it's a big deal? Participation trophies? Maybe it's "the youth today" that need to be enlightened?

Also, the guy came from a game where he was benched and fumbled twice. Let him gain his confidence however he wants. Lol. Childish? Nah I don't think so. Just not Sean Lee.

Exactly right. And, like us, he shouldn't forget that, but it sure looks like he did. Getting benched would give a wise man a healthy dose of humility, and it should. You got pulled from a game when your team needed you most. But that fact already seems lost on him when he's showboating every time he manages to do his job.

Again, he's a fine player and will only get better. But ignorant displays like that only serve to show everyone that he still has learning to do. It's ironic that some fans will criticize other fans for not liking it, when the fact is that his coaches will be privately telling him to tone it down too.

I am torn, which celebration is more cringe worthy in your estimation?

Zeke's 'Feed Me' after every first down carry, with the First Down sign on top of it or Mo's exaggerated 'Incomplete' sign after balls that sail well out of bounds or that had absolutely nothing to do with his coverage.

I gotta go with Zeke's horrible celebration but it was not as obvious as I thought.
Neither one gramps. Take some prune juice and relax old timer lol.

Has nothing to do with being 'old'. Keep in mind youngster that I enjoyed watching Irvin's martial art inspired first down sign for hundreds of times. I loved that. I loved Ware's hulk smash after sacks...I loved Dez throwin' up the X.

These two celebrations are just dumb and embarrassing. They simply are not good enough to be doing these things. Doing a big act after getting two yards is anti-climatic and pathic, imo.

Could just be me though but I am embarrassed by these two celebrations.

I disagree with you in it not being disrespectful, but I do agree that the vast majority of the league over celebrates. To me, it only makes the individual player look bad because they're too stupid to realize that you don't pat yourself on the back for doing your job.

I use to love the 90's Cowboys' business-like approach. They celebrated when they achieved their biggest goals, touchdowns and championships. And they did it together, not individually.
*cough* Michael Irvin *cough*

It has something most likely to do with people being old and or white ime because that's who are the main groups that I see complaining about stuff like this. Not saying other groups young, other races don't complain about this just saying them two groups are who I've experienced more often speaking on this being annoying or whatever.

This thread has to be the most cringe-worthy contribution I've seen in a long time.

If it gets them fired up and playing well I could care less as long as it doesn't draw a flag

The whole alpha male histrionics thing in general is tedious and immature. Don't see either of these as particularly noteworthy or cringe worthy within that broader context.

Lol. That image hit a nerve and I knew it was but it actually sums up everything I wanted to tell you. More so than just an image of grandparents dancing it's not just that. As much as Zeke's and Mo's celebrations are actions of accomplishments it's more than just that.

However I'll need to get back to a computer for me to properly reply to your comments. Cutting and pasting like you did isn't happening on my phone.

Disagree,

Zeke's is just for the cameras.
Hey Madden got to hit up that celebration though. Dez got his X. Why not Zeke? Let him eat. You get 5 yards and boom that celebration. Just like real life!

Lol! Cameras or not these guys can play and celebrate as much as they want. Not a problem. Part of the game.

I now need no evidence that people watched absolutely zero film of him in college... Explains why people were so down on him being drafted.

If you didn't know about this, you watched NO film.

I didn't even notice Mo's celebration. I'll have to go back and re-watch for it. Zeke's feed me didn't bother me. I think he's just trying to get that Chunky Soup endorsement going for next year. It's a pretty smart way of going about it if you ask me.

We just won 2 in a row and if over analyzing the guys' celebrations is the worst thing we can talk after a game then good for us.

O yeah my favorite celebration is Dak's celebration. You know the one he does after he makes a good play. O wait he expects to make good plays so he doesn't celebrate. By far Dak's celebration and demeanor is my favorite on the team.

The most cringe worthy for me is the lack of pass rush!:hammer:

Zeke's 'feed me' was the most annoying to me.

Is that suppose to be a gesture to the coaches to keep feeding him the ball? I would put an end to that stupidity pretty quick.
i didnt notice the feed me one, but the first down one every time is too much.
What is he going to do if he actually does get better??

Coaches need to stop all that celebrating after plays.
