Good morning Pops and Popsadoodles. Here's hoping you've got 20/20 now Runny and that you're feeling much better after your surgery.

Yesterday was a feast for the eyes. I got excited and had some Cheetos. I didn't fumble a single one either! I don't need to eat Cheetos while watching the Cowboys administer humiliation to an entire NFL franchise and it's city. We won! We WON! WE WOOOOOON!!!!!!! Scooter Magruder is going to be fun to watch this week.
The amounts are guesses as I have never measured, just put it together until it looks right. People have different heat levels so it's customizable.

I bottle of regular Clamato
10 grinds on the pepper mill
5 grinds on the sea salt mill
1/2 tsp of celery salt
1 1/2 tsps Lea & Perrin Worcestershire Sauce
3 tsps Crystal Hot Sauce
2 tsps Horseradish, I use Boar's Head
2 tsps fresh lemon juice
2 tsps pickled jalapeno juice

This is my go to for Bloody Mary's, Michelada's and really special Gazpacho adding tomato juice.
That looks suspiciously like cooking.

In my market Fox cut off the broadcast to go to a “more competitive game” (W vs TB). I rarely get a Cowboys game broadcast where I am and they cut it off when I was enjoying a rare treat! Made me so mad!!!

That kind of crap infuriates me. I'm not interested in competitive games or games period that the Cowboys aren't in. If this brings any comfort, know both teams had back ups on the field for the 4th quarter. Nothing happened for 15 minutes. Personally, I would have liked to dish out more humiliation. 80 to 3 sounds mighty good.

I had to watch a stream on my laptop for the whole game, and when it wasn't buffering or failing altogether, it was a couple minutes behind. I had a friend keep texting me things like CeeDeeeeee!!!, and I had to wait to see what CeeDee did...But I was also watching RedZone, so when they were in scoring position I got to watch in real time. What a weird way to watch the game.

LOOK AT THE PILLOW I JUST FOUND!!!!!!! I'm going to paint a tail on the 0 to make it a 9, I'm going to name it Tony Romo and we're going to watch the games together and I'm going to hug it, squeeze it and luv it! I should probably get a back up while I'm at it.

Good morning Pops and, Happy Hump Day to one and all,

15 F, a light wind and the threat of snow and I am enjoying my hot tea in front of the fire place.

Friendsgiving was a huge success: no gnashing of teeth over politics, plenty of really good food, great wine ( and, some pretty darn good bourbon) and lot's of laughter and jokes.

Two interesting story-lines from "Friendsgiving": one of the regulars, a neighbor in her mid-40's, showed up with her new, 20-something boyfriend. I think most of the women in her age group were secretly jealous and all the men involuntarily sucked in their beer guts when she walked by.

The second storyline involved me. I arranged a blind "wine tasting". Unknown to the tasters, I actually poured the exact same wine in each glass. Interesting to see the pseudo wine snobs describe each wine sample differently. Yes, I get joy from the little things.

@Runwildboys hope the lazik works well for you. I had lazik few years ago, and maintain it was one of the best things I did for myself

Well, the eye drops every two hours for a month is annoying, but I think it's $4000 well spent.

Neat! As we used to say back in the '60s.

Morning Pops and pen pals. I'm feeling pretty proud of myself. Yesterday I actually picked up a single plate out of a stack of thin paper saucer-size plates on the first try, without having to separate them.:lmao2:

edit: To be happy in life you need to celebrate the small sucesses.

And I thought I was the only one that struggled with that

I don't even try to be gentle anymore. I just grab however many are stuck together and bend them back and forth until one comes loose. Kinda like Hooters gir......Oops, never mind.
